6-8 tortillas
1 cup cooked black beans

I used regular ground beef, homemade taco seasoning, frozen corn, black beans, brown rice, a can of Rotel tomatoes and green chiles, green onions, and cheddar cheese. This Tex Mex Ground Beef Skillet is a perfect hearty and flavorful weeknight dinner the whole family will love.

0:10 - Add ground beef to a pan.
0:18 - Brown the meat.
0:22 - Drain the fat.
0:25 - Season the meat.
0:35 - Add corn.
0:42 - Add a can of Ro-Tel.
0:50 - Stir until well combined.
0:56 - Add chopped green onion.
1:01 - Add a can of drained and rinsed beans.
1:08 - Mix well.
1:15 - Add cooked rice.
1:23 - Fold the ingredients together.
1:35 - Cook until heated through.
1:50 - Add more green onions on top.
1:56 - Top with shredded cheese.
