How To make Tangy Short Rib Barbecue
5 lb Beef short ribs
2 T Oil
1 c Onions,chopped
1 1/4 c Catsup
3/4 c Water
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Vinegar
2 T Brown sugar
2 t Salt
1. Cut ribs into individual portions, about 2 1/2 inches wide; trim excess
fat. 2. Place ribs on a rack in a foil-lined roasting pan; bake in preheated
450'F. oven until browned, about 20 minutes.
3. Reduce oven temperature to 350'F.
4. Remove beef and rack from the pan; pour off fat.
5. Return beef to the pan without the rack.
6. Heat oil in a saucepan; add onions and saute 2 minutes.
7. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
8. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes; pour over beef to coat.
9. Cover and bake in 350'F. oven until beef is fork-tender, about 2 hours,
spooning sauce over beef once. 10. Skim excess fat from sauce in pan.
11. Arrange beef on a platter; serve with pan sauce.

Spicy, Tangy Grilled Ribs (plus a Grilled Zucchini Salad) | Home Movies with Alison Roman
It’s time to grill and it’s time to chill. Today we are doing both (yes, it’s possible!) by making Tangy, Spicy Grilled Ribs. They’re spiced and smoky, tender and fall apart-y, delightfully charred (on purpose!), and, best of all, they are the ultimate do-ahead for maximum chilling (before the grilling). We’re also making a Grilled Zucchini Salad with Garlic and Dill. In the unlikely event you’re out of zucchini, the dressing works well on any grilled vegetable, but broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage would be the best bets. And last but certainly not least, there will of course be...hot dogs. What’s grilling and chilling without 100% all beef franks?

SWEET N' STICKY SHORT RIBS ????
These we're simply f*cking incredible and so easy to make, all done under 30 minutes. You could also sub out short rib for any other protein such as steak, chicken or shrimp. The sauce is the real boss here ????
I've also come to learn from the someone after posting this that these are similar to Galbi which is a Korean dish. Obviously mine aren't authentic lol but still tasted amazing.
FULL RECIPE ⬇️
INGREDIENTS
- 2 thick cut Flanken-Style Beef Short Ribs
- Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder.
- @fourthandheart Ghee
- Garnishes: Sesame Seeds & Green Onions
Sauce: (combine all)
- ~1/3 cup Coconut Aminos
- -1/4 cup Raw Honey
- ~1/2 Tbsp minced ginger
- ~ 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- Salt, Pepper & crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
Notes: There was a lot of extra sauce in the pan that I saved and used for other dishes. Can reduce ingredients if you want less.
DIRECTIONS
1. Pat meat dry then season on all sides generously.
2. Prep the sauce.
3. Sear the Short Ribs on a medium heat skillet in ghee or oil of choice (I prefer avocado oil) for ~2-3 min on all sides.
4. Reduce heat to low and add in sauce. Base the meat for 1-2 min on both sides. While doing so, the sauce should thicken.
5. Plate them up. Drizzle more sauce over top and garnish. I like to serve them with rice.
