How To make Tabbouleh(Boil Water)
1 cup cracked bulgur wheat
1 tomato
seeded and diced
1 cucumber :
seeded and diced
1 onion diced
1 clove garlic :
minced
1 lemon juiced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh mint :
chopped
2 teaspoons fresh parsley -- chopped
Salt and pepper
Prepare bulgur wheat according to package directions or, in a large bowl pour 1 cup boiling water over bulgar wheat. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for one hour. In separate bowl combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion and garlic. Add the juice of one lemon. Add vinegar and oil. Toss to coat. Add mint and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least one hour before serving.

2 Tomatoes
2 Fresh Limes
3.5 oz (100g) Green Onions
7 oz (198g) Fresh Parsley
0.5 oz (14g) Fresh Mint (Leaves)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Salt, Black Pepper Powder
Preparations:
1- Soak Bulgur in Boiling water for 30 Minutes.
2- Dice the tomatoes.
3- Dice the green onions.
4- Mince the fresh mint's leaves.

Tabbouleh
1½ cups boiling water
¾ cup bulgur wheat
4 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 tablespoons Asian dipping sauce (recipe follows)
1 English cucumber, seeded and diced
1 cup diced grape tomatoes
4-5 green onions, thinly sliced
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
3-4 cloves minced garlic
Pour the boiling water over the bulgur wheat and allow it to stand until the water has been absorbed, about 10-15 minutes. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Reseason with sugar and soy sauce (or tamari) to suit your taste.
Asian Dipping Sauce
3 tablespoons tamari
2 tablespoons rice vinegar (unseasoned)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
pinch red pepper flakes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate after using.

Ingredients:
2 servings
- 1 cup couscous
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 big tomatoes
- 1 big cucumber
- 1 big onion
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt, you decide if it needs more salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- olive oil, q.s.
Directions:
1- put couscous in a big bowl, pour boiling water over it, leave covered until the couscous absorbs the water, about 10 min
2- meanwhile cut your veggies
3- add them to couscous
4- add salt, pepper & olive oil
5- mix all good together
6- enjoy ????
