How To make Strawberry Yoghurt Muffins
120 g Margarine
1/2 c
120 g Sugar :
1/2 c
2 Eggs
150 g Strawberry yoghurt 1 pot
70 ml Milk :
or more
170 g Fresh strawberries chopped
1 lg Lemon :
juice and rind
280 g Self-raising flour -- 2.5 c
Preheat oven to 350oF, prepare pans. Blend the margarine & sugar & beat in the eggs & yoghurt & milk. Fold in the chopped strawberries, lemon juice & rind & very carefully fold in the flour to avoid squashing the fruit. Spoon into Muffin cases and bake for about 20 mins, longer if frozen fruit is used. Variations: Any fresh berry fruit may be substituted for the strawberries (raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, elderberries or blueberries). Adapted and TESTED by Anja: Extremely good! One of my favourites. Tried it with strawberries and blackberries - both work well. Leave out the Lemon if using tart fruit such as blackberries.

This recipe makes about 10 muffins

Ingredients
2 mashed bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup peanut butter (60 ml)
1/3 cup gluten-free oat/almond flour (80 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup blueberries fresh/frozen (240 ml) (I used wild blueberries)

1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined
3. Fold in the blueberries
4. Spoon to muffin pan lined with muffin liners
5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 15-20 minutes
6. When the muffins have cooled a little bit, transfer them to a wire rack and let cool and enjoy! (Store in an air-tight container)

Cashews - a handful chopped
Raisins - few
Banana - 2 reip
Powdered jaggery - 1/2 cup
Egg - 2
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Curd - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
Oats - 1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour - 3/4 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch

Strawberry - 400gm
Curd - 1 cup
Honey - 1/4 cup
Oats - 2 cup
Peanut butter - 1/2 cup or more
Honey - 1/4 cup
Cashews & raisins - a handful
Muesli - for garnish ( optional )

Puff sheet squares - as per the baking tray
Cheddar cheese
Olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
Onion - 1 large chopped
Minced meat - 1/2 kg
Salt
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly flakes - 1 tbsp
Sweet paprika - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
