How To make Stir Fried Spicy Lobster
8 ounces soy sauce
20 ounces unsalted butter
20 ounces angel hair pasta -- cooked
4 ounces sesame oil
4 ounces hot chili oil
8 1-pound lobsters
blanched & chopped
2 bunches scallions :
thinly sliced
2 red peppers, seeds, membranes removed diced small
2 yellow peppers, seeds, membranes removed :
diced
small 8 ounces oyster mushrooms cleaned and sliced
8 ounces shiitake mushrooms :
cleaned and sliced
CHEF'S NOTE: You will need 8 one-pound lobsters, blanched, with all the meat removed from the shells. Chop the meat, and reserve all the head shells, legs, and tail pieces.
STEP ONE: Soy Butter Sauce and Pasta Bring soy sauce to a boil, add butter in chunks, stirring until all is incorporated. Set aside. Cook angel hair pasta in boiling salted water until "al dente."
STEP TWO: The Lobster:
Combine sesame oil with hot pepper oil (approximately 1 ounce total per portion based on the desired hotness). Stir-fry lobsters in oils after coming up to smoke stage. Add scallions, peppers, and mushrooms. Cook until "al dente." Add angel hair pasta and soy butter to mixture, toss everything together. Place on center of each plate. Arrange hot lobster shells on plates to appear as a whole lobster presentation.

This lobster in black bean sauce is a delicious dinner recipe made by chopping the lobster into large pieces and deep frying it with the shell on. The lobster is then sautéed in black bean sauce, thus making it the ultimate mouth-watering dish. I love making seafood at home because the meat is quick to cook. Most of the time, in less than 5 minutes. This recipe has been passed down to me from my Mother-in-law and I’m super excited to share it with all of you today. So, skip the restaurants and try making your own fancy meal at home for your loved ones!

Ingredients:
2 Lobsters
10 Garlic
½ cup Spring onion
4 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Black Bean Garlic sauce
1 tbsp Chili Oil with Black Bean sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
Red Chili flakes
Pepper
Salt
Water
Directions:
• Begin by adding 4 tbsp corn flour, ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper to a bowl and mix well.
• Coat the lobster pieces with the corn flour mixture. Set aside.
• Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Deep-fry the flour-coated lobster pieces on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Once the meat turns white and the shell turns orange, remove and place on a paper towel. Do not overcook.
• Add 1 cup water to the remaining corn flour in the bowl. Mix well and keep aside.
• To prepare the sauce, in a separate bowl, add 2 tbsp black bean garlic sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp chili oil with black bean sauce, and ¼ tsp chili flakes. Mix well and set aside.
• In a wok, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add finely chopped 10 garlic and sauté until it turns slightly brown in color.
• Now to the wok, add ½ cup spring onions, the black bean sauce-mix, ¼ cup water and sauté for a minute.
• Add the deep-fried lobster pieces. Mix well.
• Now add in the remaining corn flour-water mixture and sauté until the sauce thickens.
• At last, garnish with some spring onions and serve hot!
