Garlic Butter Roast Turkey Recipe: This Easy And Delicious Thanksgiving Recipe Will Make You Look Like A Pro Chef This Holiday Season! Recipe Below.
Cooking With Tammy Seasoning:
Ingredients
6 - 7 lb bone-in turkey breast
1 stick butter softened (room temperature)
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
3 sprigs sage leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp rosemary leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp thyme leaves finely chopped
2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
1/4 -1/2 tsp salt
1/4 -1/2tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp roasted garlic and herb seasoning
3 potatoes sliced
1-2 large carrots sliced
Add salt, pepper, roasted garlic and herb seasoning to taste.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Using a bowl add the butter, garlic, sage, rosemary, thyme, parsley, chicken bouillon, roasted garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Loosen the skin of the turkey breast. Spread half of the butter underneath the skin of the turkey, and the other half of the butter on top of the turkey breast. Add the seasoned veggies to the roasting pan.
Place the turkey in the baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the skin has just started to brown.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Basting and injecting occasionally with pan juices.
Check the temperature of the turkey by inserting a thermometer into the thickest part of the meat.
Roast the turkey until the temp. registers at least 165 degrees F.
Garnish with rosemary and serve.
Notes
If your turkey breast is larger or smaller than the size indicated in the recipe, you can adjust the cooking time accordingly. Turkey breast cooks for approximately 20 minutes per pound.

Hello teamo.
You can cook this turkey in the oven too, please use the same method, preheat the oven in to 160 degree Celsius and cook the turkey uncovered until u get a nice golden brown colour to the skin, once the skin turning to golden brown please cover the bird with a aluminium foil and finish the cooking..
Make sure team, pls do not over cook the meat, the internal temperature should be between 73 _78 degrees..
Rest the bird after cooking atleast 45 minutes.
Use your own herbs and spices to marinate the bird.
5 litres of brine should be enough to marinate 7 to 8 kg bird, use 500 grms of salt and 400 grms of sugar to make the marinade, Marinate your bird for
Minimum 24 hours inside a refrigerator.
Dry the bird before you rub the spices and butter to the skin..

Roast Turkey With Chinese 5 Spice Gravy (Asian Style Roast Turkey)
Chinese Roast Turkey With Five Spice Gravy. Delicious and aromatic with five spice powder, ginger, garlic and black pepper. The juices are used to make a delicious gravy. This is turkey with delicious Asian flavors. You'll be amazed how delicious this turkey is, when cooked this way.

Recipe is below:
CHINESE ROAST TURKEY
15 lb. turkey
1 to 3 tablespoons five spice powder
2 tablespoons chopped ginger
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
3 or more stalks green onions
Put the five spice powder, ginger, garlic, black pepper and salt into a bowl. Mix ingredients well.
Clean turkey and pat dry. Also clean the giblets and other innards. Cut wings of turkey and put in roasting pan. Place turkey in pan.
Put some of the ingredients under skin of turkey. Also put some of the ingredients over the outside of turkey. Roll each giblet, heart, liver, neck in remaining ingredients in the bowl and put in the cavity of turkey. Also add stalks of green onion in cavity as well.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put turkey in oven and roast for 1/2 hour. Turn down heat to 320 degrees. Add 5 cups of water. Continue to cook at 320 degrees for 2 hours. Baste liquids at least 3 times. Cooking time is about 10 minutes per pound of turkey using this cooking method.
For a quicker cooking method, preheat oven to 420 degrees. Cook turkey for 1 hour at 420 degrees. Turn heat down to 375 degrees, and add 5 cups of water to the pan. Cook turkey for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Baste turkey 2 times. This is for a 15 lb. turkey.
Five Spice Gravy Recipe
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
8 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 cups water
Remove turkey from pan when cooking is completed. Pour liquids through a strainer into a cooking pan. To make more gravy, add 3 cups more water. Bring to a boil.
To thicken gravy, put 8 tablespoons cornstarch into a bowl. Add 1 1/2 cup water and mix well. With a wisk, blend cornstarch mixture slowly to thicken gravy. Add more cornstarch mixture is gravy is too thin.
