1 lb Ground turkey 1 ts Garlic powder 1 ts Cayenne pepper 1/2 ts Cumin 1 ts Blackpepper Preheat oven to broil. Spray a broiler pan with no-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Place on broiler pan and broil for 5 minutes on each side. Serve on hamburger buns. Serves 4. Ingredients 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 bunch coriander leaves 2 tbsp cream pinch pinch cumin seeds pinch fenal pinch pinch garama masala 3 number garlic 4 number green chilli 1 tsp paper as per taste salt 1 lbs turkey mince
