How To make Spam Breakfast Burritos
1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed
-(12 oz) 4 Eggs
2 tb Milk
1 tb Butter or margarine
6 Flour tortillas (6")
1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese,
-divided 1 c Shredded Monterey Jack
-cheese, divided CHI-CHI's Salsa to Taco -Sauce Heat oven to 400'F. In bowl, beat together SPAM, eggs, and milk. Melt butter in large skillet; add egg mixture. Cook, stirring, to desired doneness. Fill each tortilla with SPAM mixture and half of cheeses. Roll burrito; place seam side down on 12x8" baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top of burritos. Bake 5-10 minutes of until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa.

BREAKFAST BURRITO RECIPE
Breakfast burritos are a staple in our house. We love having breakfast burritos for supper or lunch. We're also big fans of SPAM, so we really like making these breakfast wraps with fried SPAM pieces.
Ingredients for BREAKFAST BURRITOS:
Serves about 5 people
- 5 Large flour tortillas
- 8 to 10 large eggs
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green or red pepper
- 1 can of SPAM chopped up
- Hash browns
- Black Beans (optional)
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sour Cream
- Cooking oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Hot Sauce (optional)
Directions for making BREAKFAST BURRITOS:
Cook the hash browns per the instructions. Fry the onion and pepper in cooking oil, then set aside. Fry the SPAM in cooking oil, add the eggs after the SPAM has started to brown.
After the eggs have been cooked, add salt and pepper to taste, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Assembly of the BREAKFAST BURRITOS:
Put some sour cream on the flour tortilla. Next add all the remaining ingredients to the burritos. Fold the burrito per the video and then enjoy your BREAKFAST BURRITO!

⚪FULL RECIPE⚪
~ INGREDIENTS ~
- 6 Ultimate Tortillas (
- 1 lbs of 93/7% ground turkey
- 18 large grade A eggs, whisked
- 1 lbs (453g) whipped lowfat cottage cheese
- ½ bunch of kale (roughly 2 cups), chopped
+spices+
- 1 Tbsp (8 g) chili powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) paprika, smoked preferably
- 1 tsp (3 g) onion powder
- 1 tsp (3.5 g) garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp (4 g) cumin
- pinch (¼ tsp) oregano
- 1 tsp (2 g) black pepper
- 1 tsp (9g) salt (or to taste)
~ INSTRUCTIONS ~
- Brown and cook meat in pan with spices on medium-high heat
- Add the cottage cheese and mix well
- Add in the kale or other veg and cook down until starting to thicken
- Put meat in a bowl or on a plate to cool and thicken
- Lightly scramble eggs over medium-high heat until cooked and creamy
- Put into container to cool
- Portion out fillings into 6 Ultimate Tortillas and wrap
- Place burritos into a baking dish or onto a tray to let freeze overnight
- Put burritos into freezer-safe containers or ziplock bags and keep in freezer for up to three months
~ WARMING BURRITOS~
The best way to eat a breakfast burrito is to plan ahead the night before. Put one in the fridge before bed so that it has the chance to dethaw before you microwave it in the morning. Then Microwave for 2 minutes and let cool for 1-2 minutes before eating. Otherwise, place straight in microwave for 2 minutes, cut in half, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
