White wine pasta sauce is a simple yet delicious dish that's perfect on its own or as a base for seafood or chicken. How I cook a sauce Bolognese with red wine, minced beef, tomatoes, garlic, herbs, carrot and onion.
This is my version and I like it.
I know there's probably as many versions how to make a Bolognese - this is one.
I've also made this more traditional Ragu ala Bolognese if that's what you're looking for:
Serve with pasta like spagetti, tagliatelle, penne or rigatoni. Or use in a lasagna.

5 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper fresh ground
½ cup white wine
INSTRUCTIONS
In large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium. Add garlic, red pepper and sauté until golden (about a minute).
Add salt, pepper, wine and butter.
Stir 2 minutes, remove from heat and toss with pasta, chicken, scallops or shrimp.

For the recipe, we need (a dish for two):
Spaghetti - the amount is calculated individually
Mussels - 400-500 gr. I used mussels on one flap
Garlic - 6 cloves
Onions - 1 small head
Parsley - 1 small bunch
Dill - 1 small bunch
Butter - 100 gr
Dry white wine - 100 ml
Salt, pepper to taste
