How To make Shrimp and Pork w/ Cellophane Noodles
1/2 lb Shrimp, medium, (24-30/lb)
- wash, shell, devein - dice 1/4 lb Pork, lean; slice
1 Onions; coarsely chopped
1 tb Sherry
1 tb Dark soy
1 ds Pepper
2 tb Oil; for stir frying
6 Dried black mushrooms
- soak in hot water 20 Min. -drain; save 1 c soak liquid -rinse, discard stems, slice 6 oz Cellophane noodles
- soak in hot water 10 Min. - then in cold water 30 Min. 8 c Boiling water
Preparation: - To 8 c of boiling water, add the "soaked" cellophane noodles. Bring water to boil again. Drain & rinse noodles and cut to shorten. - Heat Wok - Add oil and let heat - Add onion; stir fry until translucent - Add pork; stir fry until loses pinkness [2-3] Min. - Add shrimp; stir until pinkish - Add sherry; stir quickly until evaporates - Sprinkle w/ soy & pepper - Add mushrooms; stir fry [2] Min. - Add saved mushroom "soak liquid"; stir in gently - Add noodles; stir in gently - Serve!

Ginger Shrimp & Glass Noodles / Goong Ob Woon Sen
Ginger shrimp and glass noodles or in Thai is call , goong ob woonsen ( กุ้งอบวุ้นเส้น) is a classic Thai dish that’s easy to make and the best easy dish to impress people. Sauce:
1 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp oyster sauce
3 Tbsp black sweet soy sauce or dark soy sauce 1 Tbsp
½ Tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp chinese cooking wine (optional)
½ Tbsp black pepper
150 ml water
The Rest Ingredients
100 g dry glass noodles (bean vermicelli or bean threads)
8-10 medium shrimp, head on, shell on if possible
4-5 cilantro stems
5-6 cloves garlic
10 slices ginger
40 g Bacon
1 cup sliced green onionleaves
1 cup sliced Chinese celery leaves

Homemade Glass Noodles Stir Fry Recipe | Quick & Easy
Quick and easy glass noodle stir fry recipe loaded with plenty of vegetables, chewy glass noodles, and your choice of protein. A healthy dinner option for your family and is perfect for a busy weeknight.

???? Ingredients
▢100 g Glass noodles About 3.5 oz ( Cellophane noodles or bean thread noodles.
▢200 g Chicken breast About 7 oz ( Boneless skinless chicken thigh or breast )
▢2 Eggs Whisked and season with a pinch of salt
▢100 g Cabbage About 3.5 oz ( Cut thin slices )
▢1 Carrot Cut matchstick sizes
▢½ Onion Cut thin slices
▢2 Clove Garlic Finely chopped
▢1 Red chilli pepper Or bell pepper, cut thin slices
▢2-3 tbsp Vegetable oil Or neutral flavour oil
Stir Fry Sauce
▢3 tbsp Light soy sauce Or regular all-purpose soy sauce
▢1½ tsp Dark soy sauce
▢2 tbsp Oyster sauce
▢1 tsp Sesame oil
▢1 tbsp Sugar
Instruction
First, soak the noodles in the hot boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Then rinse with cold water, drain.
Mix all the stir fry sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with 2 tsp of stir fry sauce mixture.
Add the whisk egg in the pan and let it set for few seconds and then crumble it into small pieces. Remove from pan and set it aside.
Stir fry the garlic and follow with marinated chicken then cook for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.
Follow with the onion, and carrot. Next add the cabbage, stir well and place the glass noodles.
Add the sauce mix in and toss well to combine everything.
Now, add the crumbled egg and spring onions and toss well.
Ready to serve.

Steamed shrimp with glass noodles
Thai name : Goong-ob-woon-sen
A special Asian noodle dish with a unique flavour and amazing fragrances from spices. This classic menu, you can find in almost all seafood restaurants in Thailand and it is often served with a spicy and sour dipping sauce (seafood sauce).
The recipe will be in two parts, first is the seasoning sauce that will be the highlight of the dish. Then cooking the shrimps and the noodles. The seasoning sauce you can make in advance and keep in the fridge up to a month.
