Boiled Peanut Butter Cookies From Scott Peacock | Genius Recipes
These mystical treats—cookies you don’t bake, candies that need no precision, an iconic dessert that a kid could stir together in five minutes—are chef Scott Peacock’s very favorite from childhood. “I feel myself blushing just thinking about that,” he told Kristen. You might already love these cookies. They take all of five minutes to make, without heating the oven (or you). They're well-loved across the U.S.—some call them preacher cookies, some call them poodgies. But there is an art to nailing the glossy tops and fudgy middles. This recipe includes the tips that Scott has gathered over a lifetime. GET THE RECIPE ►►
