Rodney Scott’s Secret Eastern Carolina BBQ Sauce - Food Wishes
It’s a lot easier posting a copycat recipe for something when the creator has shared the ingredients and technique in various interviews, unless in each of these appearances they give a slightly different version. What I’m trying to say is, I had to do some guessing, but whether I nailed the exact formula or not, this is absolute perfection with any and all barbecued meats. Enjoy!

So tonight as a wee summer dessert treat kind of thing I made these Lemon mousse & jelly pots! Not only are they quite impressive to look at…they are also very easy to make :) The texture combination between the ‘mousse’ layer and the jellies just lovely! Everything I used is listed below. I used lemon jelly but you can obviously use what you like…strawberry jelly with a strawberry based ‘mousse’ would have been lovely too!
Take care,
-Cheryl x

Woman stared down by Justin Bieber after spilling coffee
A woman was stared down by a less-than-impressed Justin Bieber after she had spilt her coffee on the floor at a Community Goods store in Los Angeles.
Karla Ruiz was filming as she dropped her cup of iced coffee on the ground. As she went to leave the store embarrassed, she spotted Canadian singer Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey observing her.
Ruiz told Newsflare: I went to Community Goods to film a TikTok since I am a content creator. I got nervous since Justin Bieber was there and completely made a fool outta myself.
The funny clip filmed on April 23 has racked up over 2 million views on TikTok.
