225g Cookie Batter
Matcha Flavour
150g Cake Flour
25g Matcha Powder
4g baking powder
5 drops of green food coloring
225g Cookie Batter
Dark Chocolate Flavour
150g baking powder
25g Dark Cocoa Powder
4g Baking powder
225g Cookie Batter
???? Method:
1. To make cookie batter. In a large mixing bowl, using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment or a handheld mixer, beat the margarine and icing sugar on a medium heat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs, OKI evaporated creamer, and beat on a high speed until combined. Scrape down the sides and up the bottom of the bowl and beat to combined.
2. To make original flavour cookies. In another mixing bowl, sift the cake flour and baking powder. Then add in cookie batter. Mix until a dough is formed. Spoon the dough into the piping bag and pipe a 1-2 inches swirl on the prepared baking sheet.
3. To make Matcha flavour cookies. In another mixing bowl, sift the cake flour, matcha powder and baking powder, and add in some green food coloring. Mix until a dough is formed. Spoon the dough into the piping bag and pipe a 1-2 inches swirl on the prepared baking sheet.
4. To make dark chocolate flavour cookies. In another mixing bowl, sift the cake flour, dark cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix until a dough is formed. Spoon the dough into the piping bag and pipe a 1-2 inches swirl on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake the cookies at 180C for 15 minutes.
6. To decorate the cookies. Let the cookies cool down. Then coat with chocolate coating and sprinkle with the desired confectionery ingredients like nuts, colour sprinkles and red chelory. You can also keep the wreath cookies in nice packaging and give to your friends and family as Christmas present. Enjoy!

Cornflake Christmas Wreaths
Recipe courtesy of Food Network Kitchen
Total: 1 hr 10 min
Active: 40 min
Yield: 24 servings
Level: Easy
Ingredients
One 16-ounce package marshmallows
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Green gel food coloring, for tinting
6 cups cornflakes
Mini round cinnamon candies, for decorating
Red sour candy roll-ups, such as Rip Rolls, or licorice ropes, cut into 5-by-1/4-inch lengths, for decorating
White mini nonpareils, for decorating
Directions
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. Combine the marshmallows and butter in a large bowl and microwave on 50-percent power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each, until melted, about 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir in the vanilla and enough food coloring to make the mixture a deep green, 10 to 15 drops. Stir in the cornflakes until they are completely coated.
Working with wet hands, form the mixture into twenty-four 2-inch balls. Flatten on the prepared baking sheets and poke a hole in the middle of each with your finger, molding the sides as needed to form a wreath shape. Decorate with the cinnamon candies to create holly berries. Form the red candy strips into a simple bow on each wreath. Sprinkle lightly with the white nonpareils for snow. Let set at room temperature to firm up, about 2 hours, or refrigerate 30 minutes.

Christmas Cookie Wreath | plant-based, vegan
It's Christmas time again, my favorite time of the year. I love the cookie traditions that come along with Christmas. I don't know if you have ever been to a cookie swap, but it is a lot of fun. Everyone brings a couple dozen of their favorite cookies and then swap with others to add to their collection. That way, they go home with a variety of cookies and do not need to make as many varieties. However, during the pandemic, a cookie swap may not be the best activity, so I thought of a fun way to make a simple cookie recipe more festive and fun—introducing my plant-based Christmas Cookie Wreath. It is quick and easy to make and looks so festive.
