How To make Salmon Spinach Party Dip
7 1/2 oz Canned Alaska salmon
10 oz Frozen chopped spinach
-thawed, thoroughly drained 1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 c Light mayonnaise
1/2 c Chopped parsley
1/2 c Chopped green onions
1/2 ts Dried basil
1/2 ts Dill weed
1/4 ts Grated lemon peel
Assorted raw vegetables Crackers Drain and flake salmon. Combine flaked salmon with remaining ingredients, except vegetables and crackers. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve dip with vegetables and crackers. Makes 16 servings, about 4 cups. Creamy Spinach-Stuffed Mushrooms
Here is what you'll need!
Creamy Spinach-Stuffed Mushrooms
Serves 5 (makes 20 mushrooms)
INGREDIENTS
20 medium-sized mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups fresh spinach
8 ounces cream cheese
Salt
Pepper
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup parmesan
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 375˚F/190˚C.
2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Place the top half on a baking sheet and mince the stems.
3. Melt the butter in a pan and add the minced stems and minced garlic. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the spinach, cook until it wilts, and add the cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is well combined
5. Take a spoonful of the spinach mixture and fill each mushroom top.
6. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl and sprinkle the mixture on top of the dip stuffed mushrooms.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Enjoy!

Spinach Artichoke Dip Stuffed Salmon with Scampi Butter Video
This is a delectable salmon recipe that is low carb and full of flavor. If you love seafood like I do, then I think you will be happy with this delicious recipe. You can have flavor, won't crash your keto diet. and won't break the bank either. Let me know if you try and how it came out.
Filling:
1 cup spinach
1/2 cups artichokes
1/cup cooked bacon
1/2lb shrimp *optional*
1/4 cup shallots
4oz cream cheese
1TBL Worcestershire sauce
1tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan/Reggiana + Fontina (mixed)
1-2 cloves minced garlic
Zest & juice of 1/2 lemon
Old Bay
Black pepper
Scampi Compound Butter
1 stick butter
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 shallot chopped
4 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2-4 TBL white wine
1 TBL Worcestershire sauce
Juice + zest lemon
Sprinkle of parmesan cheese (optional)
Blend all ingredients
Place on plastic wrap, roll and twist the ends. Place in fridge
**My original recipe had 2 TBL of mayonnaise in it but I didn't add it in this video and the filling was very tasty. You can skip the mayo and use greek yogurt for added creaminess or leave it out altogether**
