8 oz Cream Cheese
1 ts Horseradish
1 tb Lemon Juice
1 c Cooked Salmon
2 ts Minced Onion
2 tb Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/4 ts Liquid Smoke *
* omit if smoked salmon is used. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Blend all ingredients in mixing bowl. Transfer to serving bowl. Cover, chill until needed. World's Best Smoked Salmon Dip!
4 cups of smoked skinless salmon
You can use canned salmon also if you really need to
2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chives
2/3 tbsp. dill
1/8 cup red diced onion
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. wasabi
Blend everything then fold in 4 cups chopped skinless salmon
Chill in the fridge for at least 5 hours!

Smoked Salmon Pate | Perfect Salmon Starter
I love this salmon pate or rillettes recipe and it can be made super easy by just potting the initial pate or by wrapping in cold smoked salmon to create a really eye catching starter or as part of a platter.
It's delicious and the strong flavour means a little goes a long way. You could also make this with roasted salmon for a lighter tasting pate.
Ingredients
Serves 4
200g hot smoked salmon
100g cold smoked salmon
If hot smoked salmon is unavailable you can use all cold
80g cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
6 chopped cornichons
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 heaped tsp creamed horseradish
salt and pepper
