How To make S'Mores Cake
2/3 c Cake flour
2 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
2 ts Baking powder
1 c Non-fat milk
1/2 c Applesauce
1 ts Vanilla
3 Egg whites
1/4 ts Cream of tartar
1/2 c Sugar
2 c Miniature marshmallows
1/4 c Mini-chocolate chips *
* If you wish to reduce the fat even further, you may leave these out. Lightly butter 2 - 8" round springform cake pans r spray with non- stick cooking spray. Stir together cake flour, graham cracker crumbs and baking powder in medium bowl. In another bowl, combine nonat milk, applesauce, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended. Beat eggs whites until frothy. Add cram of tartar and continue beating until thick and foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until soft, smooth peaks form. Fold half into batter until blended. Fold in remaining whites until blended. Divide batter into prepared pans, spreading evenly. Bake at 350^ 15-20 minutes or until wood pick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle marshmallows (you may use MORE than directed as they are fat-free) and chocolate chips over tops of cakes. Place under broiler to brown slightly. Let cool to warm and serve. Makes 2 cakes, about 16 servings. Nutritional Analysis: 136 calories, 169 mg. sodium; 1 mg. cholesterol; 2 grams fat; 28 grams carbohydrates; 3 grams protein; 0.20 gram fiber.

How to Make This Easy No-Bake S'mores Cake | Get the Dish
This is an easy no-bake s'mores cake that is not only filled with a rich toasted marshmallow creme, layers of crunchy graham cracker, and mouth-watering chocolate fudge but also topped with a rich ganache and even more toasted marshmallow! One bite of this cake and you'll love the flavors of Summer all year long.
No-Bake S'mores Cake
From Kevin Smith, POPSUGAR Food
For graham cracker layer:
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup butter, melted
For chocolate fudge layer:
3 cups chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups condensed milk
For marshmallow layer:
3 packets gelatin
3/4 cup warm water
3 7-ounce containers marshmallow fluff
For chocolate ganache:
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup chocolate chips
For garnish:
Marshmallow fluff
Mini Marshmallows
Graham cracker crumbs & chunks
Chocolate chunks
Line a springform pan with parchment paper. Use a second piece of parchment paper and line the sides of the springform pan as well. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter. Take about 1/3 of the mixture and spread it evenly in the bottom of the springform pan, pressing down gently to create an even layer.
Then in another bowl, mix together chocolate chips and condensed milk. Microwave for 3 minutes in intervals until chocolate is melted. Stir until mixture is smooth and then pour about 1/3 of the fudge on top of the graham cracker layer.
While the fudge is setting in a bowl, bloom 1 packet of gelatin in 1/4 cup of warm water until dissolved. Then mix gelatin mixture into 1 container of marshmallow fluff until smooth. Pour marshmallow mixture over the fudge and use a spatula to spread evenly.
Place the entire cake in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to set. Repeat the entire process 2 more times, being sure to refrigerate each marshmallow layer to set.
Refrigerate entire cake overnight to set.
Heat heavy cream in microwave for 3 minutes or until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes to melt the chocolate. Then stir to make the ganache. Let cool slightly until room temperature.
Remove cake from the parchment paper cover and slide onto serving platter. Pour chocolate ganache over the top of the cake, letting excess drip down the sides. Garnish with marshmallow fluff, mini marshmallows, toasted graham cracker chunks, and chocolate chunks. Enjoy!

Cook time: 6 hours

S'mores Cupcake Recipe | Cupcake Jemma
It's getting cold out there (unless you live in paradise on the other side of the world to me) and that means bonfires and THAT means toasting marshmallows and stuffing your gob with all of that. But here's an idea - why not make S'mores Cupcake so that you can get your cupcake fix AND your toasted marshmallow fix at the same time!!! Here's a recipe. It's a WINNER!
Recipe -
For the BBB -
150g crushed Digestive biscuits
5g melted butter
1 tbs golden syrup
For the cupcakes -
110g self raising flour
15g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
pinch of salt
100g caster sugar
25g light soft brown sugar
140g soft unsalted butter
2 large free-range eggs
1 tbs whole milk
1/2 tbs treacle/molasses
For the marshmallowy meringue icing
90g caster sugar
1 lg egg white
2 tbs golden syrup
dash of vanilla extract
1 tbs water
pinch of salt
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
Extra bit - melted chocolate
