The humble rutabaga may well be the next cauliflower. This often over-looked root vegetable, when cooked properly, tastes like a slightly sweet, almost nutty, potato, without the carbs to weigh it down. In this video, I share a super simple base recipe for roasted rutabaga, perfect for those of you craving roasted potatoes, and then I share two variations that demonstrate just how easily this root vegetable can be elevated to new heights of flavor!
Enjoy!
