How To make Rosemary Currant Focaccia Bread
1 lb. loaf:
dough:
3/4 c Water; warm
2 tb Extra-virgin olive oil
1 3/4 c Bread flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
2 ts Sugar
1 ts Fresh rosemary leaves;
-chopped or 1/2 tsp. 1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Fleischmann's bread machine
yeast 1/2 c Sun*maid raisins or currants
:
1 1/2 lb. loaf :
dough----- 1 c Water; warm

-chopped or 3/4 tsp. 1 1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Fleischmann's bread machine

Measure carefully, adding all ingredients to bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough/Manual cycle. Add raisins or currants at the raisin/nut cycle or 5 minutes before last kneading cycle ends. Lightly grease a large cookie sheet. Flatten dough with hands or rolling pin into a 12 inch circle for 1 lb. loaf or if making the 1 1/2 lb. loaf, shape into two 8 inch circles
on lightly floured surface. Place on cookie sheet. Cover top of bread with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for 30 to 45 minutes or until dough has almost doubled. Using the handle of a wooden spoon or your fingertips, make indentions in top of dough. Heat oven to 400~F. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into wedges. PER SERVING:
195 calories, 35 g carbohydrate, 4 g fat, 2 g dietary fiber, 295 mg
sodium, 2 mg iron. Each one lb. loaf makes 8 servings. -----

the fluffiest focaccia ????
my favorite no-knead cheesy focaccia. it’s like biting into a cloud ????
ep. 1 of my #shorts cooking series! i need a proper name for it…
RECIPE
dough:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 cups warm water
- 1.25 tbsp salt
- 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- handful of shredded cheddar cheese
topping:
- sliced black olives (or veggies of your choice)
- rosemary
- parsley
- olive oil
- shredded mozzarella (optional)
method:
1. lightly grease a 9”x13” pan, drizzle olive oil in the bottom
2. combine all the dough ingredients and beat at high speed for 60 seconds
3. fold in the cheddar cheese
4. allow sticker batter to rise in pan at room temperature for 60 minutes
5. gently stretch dough to the edges of pan; poke holes with your fingers
6. drizzle lightly with olive oil and add toppings
7. bake in oven at 375°F for 25-30 mins
8. remove from oven, wait 5 minutes, then slide out of pan

The baking continues! This time I try my hand at Focaccia Bread and wow! I am in love with this recipe!!
3 Cups of Flour
1 Pkg (8g) Quick Yeast
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1 2/3 Cup of Warm Water
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Easy sweet focaccia
Good morning my wild and beautiful friends!
Today we’re turning my simple one bowl focaccia recipe into a fruity and sweet treat.
Just as easy- but sweeter:)
You’ll need
2 cups warm water
1 packet active dry yeast
2 tablespoons rice syrup
1/2 teaspoon sat
1 tablespoon olive oil ( plus 1/4 cup to coat for rising )
3.5 cups all purpose flour
Canned and dried fruit of your choice to decorate
I used frozen plums, lemon, dried figs & dates
2 tablespoons granulated sugar to sprinkle on top before you bake
Here’s my video on how I froze my plums so I can enjoy them all year round:)
