Ingredients 1 each onion, or 3 scallions, chopped 3 cup kale, fresh, chopped 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 teaspoon tumeric 1/3 cup vegetable broth 3 cup rice, cooked 8 cup water, or vegetable broth 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 cup yeast, nutrional 1 tablespoon tamari, or soy sauce
