Ingredients 1 cup rice, brown, uncooked 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped 2 cup water 2 each chicken, breasts, halved, skinned 1 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions: Mix rice, onion, green pepper and water and put in non-stick, 1 quart casserole (or line casserole dish with aluminum foil). Placed halved chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder.
