Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus
1 pack prosciutto
olive oil
black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Take the prosciutto and cut into strips. Roll an asparagus stalk with the prosciutto and place on a baking sheet, about half an inch apart. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the black pepper. Bake for about 8 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Ingredients
Makes 20, Serves 6 to 8
20 asparagus, stems trimmed by banding, it will snap
10 prosciutto
1/4 cup 25g grated parmigiano
Zest from 1 fresh lemon
Pinch of black pepper
1 Tbs olive oil

Serves 4
Ingredients:
24 stalks of asparagus, trimmed
4 slices prosciutto
Freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 lemon, quartered
Method:
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Cover asparagus with water in a large, deep skillet and bring to a boil. Cook just until tender, 2 to 3 minutes, then transfer asparagus to a bowl of ice water until chilled to stop the cooking; drain well.
Divide asparagus into 4 piles, wrapping each with a slice of prosciutto around the center to form a bundle. Transfer to a baking sheet, season with pepper and sprinkle with Parmigiano-Reggiano. Roast until cheese is golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to plates and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

In this video April makes a recipe for Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus! This is a dish that is so pretty and perfect for entertaining, and it's so easy to make. April also adds a secret ingredient that adds some extra richness and flavor.
Ingredients:
1 lb Asparagus, stems removed
6 Thin Slices Prosciutto
1/4 Cup Herbed or Plain Low Fat Cream Cheese
Juice from 1/2 of a Lemon
1 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Take half of one slice of prosciutto and spread on a teaspoon of cream cheese
Take 3 Asparagus and wrap them in the prosciutto slice
Continue until all asparagus are wrapped and place them on a baking sheet
Sprinkle Lemon Juice, oil, salt, and pepper evenly over the asparagus
Bake for 15 minutes, and enjoy!
