20 oz Unsweetened pineapple chunks
1 c Buttermilk
2 ts Vanilla extract
2 ts Liquid sweetener
Mint Leaves--Optional Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Freeze pineapple chunks. Place juice, buttermilk, vanilla, sweetener and frozen pineapple into a blender container. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint if desired. DIABETIC EXCHANGES: One serving = 1/2 skim milk, 1/2 fruit; also, 74 calories, 52 mg sodium, 2mg cholesterol, 16gm carbohydrate, 2 gm protein and 1gm fat. Ingredients:-
2 Fresh Ripe Mango
1 Fresh Pineapple
6 Tbsp Sugar or According to the taste
For weight control don't add sugar. Use sugar replacement such as Stevia
Blend Fresh fruits, 4 to 5 cups of water in a blender for 1 min. Time could vary depending upon your blender speed.
Add Ice cubes if more cold smoothie temperature is required
Total 8 cups or 4 glass of smoothie will be prepared with this recipe.
Enjoy Fresh Mango Pineapple smoothie taste in the hot Summer days.

One of my fav fruits is pineapple. It has SO many uses from smoothies to salsas, and works great both fresh and frozen. I love eating it plain, as a topping, or within a dish… I mean, have you ever grilled pineapple?! It is divine. This pineapple smoothie recipe is also divine, whether made for a playdate or a light + sweet dessert.
Most of my smoothies with pineapple in them use water as the base. So I decided to switch it up and use a juice base for this one. If you are trying to keep your sugar low, then swap that fruit juice for coconut water, coconut milk, or plain water.
