How To make Pineapple Crumble

FILLING:

16 oz Can unsweetened pineapple,

crushed & drained 2 md Pears, peeled, cored & diced
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 ds Nutmeg

CRUMB TOPPING------------------------------- 3 tb Soy or safflower margarine
2/3 c Matzo meal
1/3 c Ground walnuts
1/2 c Light brown sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl & pat into a 9-inch square baking pan. Melt margarine in a skillet & remove from heat. Stir in the remaining topping ingredients till evenly coated with the margarine. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
