1/4 c Cornmeal
1/4 ts Black pepper, coarsley
Ground 1/3 ts Crushed red pepper
1/3 ts Dried oregano
OR 1 ts Fresh oregano, chopped
1 cl Garlic, minced
1 Egg
2 tb Water, if and as needed
1 c Durum semolina
1/4 c Cornmeal
1/3 ts Black pepper, coarsely
Ground 1/2 ts Crushed red pepper

2 tb Water, if and as needed
Use yellow or blue cornmeal. The blue gives an interesting color. Add some onion powder for extra flavor. Per 1 cup Serving: 222calories 9.1g protein 40.0g carbohydrate 2.8g fat 53.4mg sodium

Sweet corn pasta - Restaurant style
Ingredients :
Macaroni - 170g
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 6 to 8 flakes
Onion - 1 big sized one
Carrot - 100 to 150g
Beans - 100 to 150g
Capsicum - 1 small sized one
Tomato - 1 big sized one
Sweet corn (frozen) - 50g
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Water - as required
Chilly sauce - 2 teaspoons
Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken masala/garam masala/
Instant noodles masala - 1 to 2 teaspoons

1/4 Cup - White Wine – like me substitute with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 1 cup chicken stock
1 ½ cups of Cream
¼ cup parmesan cheese
450g Pasta of Your Choice
Small bunch - Parsley, Roughly Chopped
