For this pie, coarsely chopping the pecans makes the pie easy to slice, although David Lebovitz leaves some whole for visual effect.
Ingredients
CRUST
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick (4 ounces) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/4 cup ice water
FILLING
2 cups (about 7 ounces) pecans
3 large eggs
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons bourbon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips

Chocolate Pecan Pie
A pie that is chocolaty, nutty, and delicious. Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
1 stick butter melted
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup pecans - chopped
1 frozen pie crust
Preheat oven to 350°
Prebake pie crust for 10 minutes. Combine sugars, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract stirring together by hand until well combined. Stir in flour and salt. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake for 1 hour or until the center is almost set. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing for best result. Serve plain or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

KETO PECAN PIE MUFFINS
Makes 12
1 cup sugar free brown sugar
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tablespoons coconut flour
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin pan with muffin liners. Spray each liner with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
2️⃣ Add sugar free brown sugar, almond flour, coconut flour, chopped pecans and salt to a large bowl. Whisk until evenly combined.
3️⃣ Add softened butter and eggs. Mix with an electric mixer until combined.
4️⃣ Fill each liner with pecan pie batter until it reaches the top. Top with a whole pecan if desired.
5️⃣ Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit before handling. When the pecan pie muffins are warm, they are gooey and delicious but can be crumbly. The longer you let them sit, the firmer they become.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp of butter melted
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of light corn syrup
3 eggs
2 tbsp of vanilla
2- 21/2 cups of pecans
1 cup of chocolate chips
Bale at 375 for 10 minutes. Then turn it down to 2350 and bale 35-45 minutes, or until your pie is set.

INGREDIENTS
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup corn syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/4 cups melted margarine
• 1 tablespoon corn starch
• 1 cups pecans
• 3 tablespoons semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 unbaked pie shell
INSTRUCTIONS
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a medium-sized bowl, beat together eggs, and then add in sugar, mix well
• Mix in corn syrup, salt, vanilla, and margarine.
• Place pecans and chocolate chips in pie shell.
• Add pecan pie filling. The pecans will rise up to the top when baking.
• Cover with aluminum foil.
• Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
• Remove foil and bake another 20 – 30 minutes
• Watch closely to not let the edges of pie burn.
• .Let Cool before serving.
