VEGAN PUMPKIN PANCAKES:
VEGAN PANCAKE RECIPES
1 cup white whole wheat flour (sub 1/4 cup oat flour - super thin pancake - good flavor)
1 tablespoon baking powder
pinch salt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt, mix together.
Add in the almond milk, maple syrup, coconut oil and stir until well combined. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes so the baking soda has the to active. You will notice that the batter because light and fluffy, that’s how you know it’s time to make the pancakes.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over a medium-low heat and coat the pan with some coconut oil.
Scoop up 1/4 cup of batter and drop them into the pan forming small-medium sized pancakes. Allow to cook until you see small bubbles forming on the top of the pancake, gently flip and cook for another two minutes or until the pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from pan and repeat until you have finished all the batter. Serve with your favorite pancake toppings and enjoy!
Makes 8-10 small pancakes. Serves 2.

Alpro Recipe - Pear & Almond Pudding

Ingredients
1 large pear (Comice or similar)
1 tbsp cinnamon
500ml Alpro Soya Original alternative to milk
25g Cornflour
50g ground almonds
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp honey
1 vanilla pod, seeds only
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
A pinch of ground ginger
4 tbsp almond flakes, toasted
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease 4 individual ramekins.
2. Peel and core the pear and cut it into equal pieces. Arrange these pieces at the bottom of each ramekin and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
3. Blend the Alpro Soya Drink Original with the cornflower into a smooth mixture, then add the ground almonds, vanilla seeds, vanilla extract, ground ginger, the egg and half the honey.
4. Put the ramekins in a 'bain marie' and cook in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve warm, topped with the toasted almonds and drizzled with the remaining honey for a little extra sweetness.

Hi All,
Pancake is the best way to give fruits to your kids when they are bit fussy to eat direct. And at the same time it is a very good source of vitamin, protein all together. You can use any fruit of your choice in the pancake even you can mae it plain. But today i'll be showing you Pear Pancake which is very easy to make and can be prepared in 10mints.
So let's see what all we need to make pancakes;
1 Pear Peeled and grated
1Cup Plain Flour You can replace it with wheat flour
1/3 cup Milk
1/3 cup Sugar CAn adjust as per your taste
1 Egg
1/8 tsp Baking Soda Optional
Vanilla Extract- 1/8 tsp Optional
1/4 tsp Oil
Method;
Take a bowl and beat 1 egg in to it for about 1 mint then add milk and mix it well. now add sugar, flour and baking soda one by one and mix it well until it turned into smooth batter now add pear and mix it well.
Add 1/4 tsp oil to the better at the time of making pancake and start making. For making pancake you need one greased pan and keep it on med flam and spread 1 ladle of better and cook it for 2-3 mints from the one side with lid on, until you see bubbles on the top of the side and flip it over nad allow it to cook. the complete process of cooking takes 4-5 times.
And your pancakes rae ready and can have it any time as you want. Enjoy

Milk whey — 2 Cups,
