2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 egg
beaten
1/3 cup butter :
melted
1 cup milk
1 cup Reese's peanut butter chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift the first 5 ingredients together. Stir in the egg, butter and milk, until just blended. Fold in the peanut butter chips. Fill paper-lined muffin tins, full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.

✅Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
• 3/4 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 12 spoonfuls Nutella
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray, or put in muffin liners.
2️⃣ 00:00:10 - Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Stir.
3️⃣ 00:00:36 - Add in yogurt, buttermilk, eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir until everything is mixed in.
4️⃣ 00:01:21 - Divide thick batter among the 12 muffin spots. They'll be about 2/3 full.
5️⃣ 00:01:46 - Place 1 tablespoon of Nutella on top of each. Use a toothpick to swirl the Nutella around. Make sure you do it all the way to the bottom so there is Nutella throughout.
6️⃣ 00:02:40 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes.
7️⃣ 00:02:46 - Devour.

4-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites???? This recipe is part of my healthy desserts series! These bites are so easy to make and taste super delicious!

Ingredients:
1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml)
3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS)

Topping:
100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate
optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil

1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together
2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Freeze for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
4. (Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave). Dip the bites in the chocolate. (Let the chocolate cool down a little before dipping). Make sure that the bites are fully covered in the chocolate!
5. Store in the freezer. Let defrost for about 15 minutes before eating
