KETO PEANUT BUTTER PIE RECIPE
Serves: 12
Chocolate Pie Crust
1 1/4 cups almond flour
3 tablespoons coconut flour
1/4 cup Cacao Bliss or 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter, cubed & chilled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Filling
2/3 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener
3/4 cup no sugar creamy peanut butter
6 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Whipped Topping
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar-free sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1️⃣ 01:17 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray. Set aside. In a food processor, add almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, xanthan gum and salt. Give a few pulse to combine then add cubed butter and vanilla extract. Pulse until coarse crumbles form.
2️⃣ 02:48 - Pour chocolate pie dough into the prepared pie plate and press to cover the bottom and sides uniformly. Bake pie crust in a 350 degree oven for 9-10 minutes. Let cool completely.
3️⃣ 03:00 - In a large bowl, combine sweetener, peanut butter, and cream cheese until fluffy using an electric mixer.
4️⃣ 03:42 - In a separate medium bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter until combined. This will help loosen up the peanut butter mixture. Gently fold in remaining whipped cream. Try to keep the mixture airy when folding lightly.
5️⃣ 04:25 - Spread peanut butter mixture on top of the cooled pie crust.
6️⃣ 04:49 - In a large bowl, add 1 cup heavy cream. Beat with an electric mixer until mixture starts to thicken. Add in powdered sweetener and vanilla. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
7️⃣ 05:29 - Add whipped topping on top of the peanut butter layer. Spread evenly. Refrigerate pie for 2 hours to set. Top with crushed peanuts and melted chocolate if desired.

The Ultimate No-Bake Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
1 recipe Peanut Butter Sauce, recipe follows
1/4 cup chocolate shell ice-cream topping, such as Magic Shell
1 cup crushed roasted salted peanuts
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Peanut Butter Sauce:
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract in the clean, cold bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whip until the mixture holds stiff peaks. Gently transfer the whipped cream to a new bowl. Add the cream cheese to the stand mixer bowl, switch to the paddle attachment and beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Add the peanut butter and beat until light and fluffy about 3 minutes.
Gently fold the whipped cream and chopped peanut butter cups into the cream cheese mixture. Pour the filling into the pie crust and place in the fridge to set for 2 to 3 hours.
Using a spoon, drizzle the pie in vertical lines with peanut butter sauce. Repeat with the chocolate shell ice-cream topping, also in vertical lines. Sprinkle the peanuts and mini chocolate chips around the perimeter of the pie.
Peanut Butter Sauce:
Heat the condensed milk, peanut butter and 3 tablespoons water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until smooth and melted, 5 to 7 minutes. (Thin with a little more water if too thick.) Let cool slightly.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
25 Oreo cookies
1/3 cup (85g) Butter, melted
For the filling:
1 cup (250g) Creamy peanut butter
1 cup (225g) Cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup (95g) Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) Heavy cream, cold
For the topping:
Melted chocolate
Chopped peanuts
Directions:
1. Make the crust: In a food processor or a Ziploc bag crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch (23cm) tart pan with a loose base. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
2. In a large bowl beat peanut butter and cream cheese until combined and smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract and beat until combined and smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Evenly spread over the crust and refrigerate overnight.
5. Before serving, drizzle some melted chocolate and sprinkle chopped peanuts.
Notes:
• Keep in the fridge, covered, up to 5 days.
• Instead of Oreo cookies, you can use digestive cookies or any other biscuits.
• The topping is optional. You can use any topping that you like.

EASY PEANUT BUTTER PIE Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE PIE FILLING
1 ( 8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed
FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER CRUMBS ON TOP
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
For the pie filling:
Beat the cream cheese and the peanut butter until well blended and smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and beat until well blended.
Gently fold in 8 oz. of the whipped topping just until combined.
Pour into the crust and spread evenly.
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top.
For the peanut butter crumbs on top:
Mix the peanut butter into the powdered sugar with a fork until crumbs are formed.
Sprinkle the peanut butter crumbs on top
Chill for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
