???? Ingredients: * Zucchini x 3 * Ground Beef 93% x 1 lb * RAO’S sauce (any variation) x 24 oz jar * Mushrooms x 1 lb * Marsala cooking wine x 1 tbsp * Garlic x 1 tbsp * Seasoning (as desired) * Parmesan x 1 tbsp per serving
???? Directions: * Stovetop: Medium-High heat * Cook the meat in a frying pan until brown. Drain the grease and transfer it into a pot for later use. * Wash the mushrooms and cut off all the stems. Slice them into 1/4 thickness or thinner. * Add garlic, Marsala wine, and mushrooms to the frying pan. Set the heat to medium-high. * Cook for about 8 minutes until the mushrooms have shrunk down and turned golden brown. * Drain the mushrooms and add them to the pot with the meat. * Add the sauce to the pot and stir. Put the lid on and set the heat to low. * Wash the zucchini, cut it in half, and press the cut part against the blade of the Spiralizer. * Spiralize all 3 zucchinis. There's no need to heat or cook the zucchini. * Add Parmesan and serve.

- In a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium high heat, combine - spaghetti, mushrooms, zucchini, peas, garlic, thyme and 4 1/2 cups water; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
