LAY HO LAY HO! If there's noodles, I'm game! Join me in this episode and learn how to make an easy, quick, and tasty sweet and spicy noodles stir fry recipe right at home! Let's begin
Ingredients:
4 pieces garlic
small piece ginger
5 sticks green onion
1 tbsp doubanjiang
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp black vinegar
splash toasted sesame oil
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup peanuts
1 tsp white sesame seeds
140g dry ramen noodles
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp gochugaru
1 tsp crushed chili flakes
Directions:
1. Bring some water to boil for the noodles
2. Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Finely chop the green onions keeping the white and green parts separate
3. Make the stir fry sauce by combining together the doubanjiang, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and maple syrup
4. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add the peanuts and white sesame seeds. Toast for 2-3min, then set aside
5. Boil the noodles for half the time to package instruction (in this case 2min). Gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks
6. Place the pan back to medium heat. Add the avocado oil followed by the garlic, ginger, and the white parts from the green onions. Sauté for about 1min
7. Add the gochugaru and crushed chili flakes. Sauté for another minute
8. Strain out the noodles and add to the pan followed by the stir fry sauce. Add the green onions, toasted peanuts, and sesame seeds but save some for garnish
9. Sauté for a couple of minutes, then plate the noodles. Garnish with the remaining peanuts, sesame seeds, and green onion

Tahini Noodles
If you think you’ve tasted great sesame noodles, think again. Tahini paste gives these an incredibly deep, nutty flavor, while homemade chili oil adds gentle spicy heat.
It’s perfect for midnight cravings!
Ingredients
* 8 oz. instant noodles
* 1 Tbsp sesame oil
* 2 Tbsp tahini paste
* 1 Tbsp dark soya sauce
* 2 Tbsp soya sauce
* 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
* 2 Tbsp garlic chili oil
* 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
For garnish
* 1/4 cup Julian cut cucumbers
* 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Method:
In the bowl mix everything from ingredients except noodles. Mix it well into a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
Now boil noodles and drain. Add the paste while noodles are hot. Start with 2 Tbsp of paste and increase it gradually depending on your taste.
Leftover paste can store in fridge for long time.
Serving suggestions:
Top it with cilantro and Julian cucumbers.
Serve immediately!

Pasta wijen/tahini ini bisa untuk dressing salad, sandwich, atau masakan lainnya seperti ramen, dan aneka soup
Saya membuat ramen dengan bumbu pasta wijen ini
Bahan :
200 gr wijen putih
3 sdm minyak sayur (saya pakai barco)
1 sdt garam
Cara buat :
1. Sangrai wijen sampai kuning dengan api kecil (sambil terus diaduk2 yah, krn wijen cepat gosong). Biarkan dingin.
2. Blend wijen sangrai, minyak sayur dan garam sampai halus menjadi pasta.
3. Pindahkan ke wadah kedap dan simpan di kulkas, bisa selama kurang lebih 1 bulan.

Homemade Sesame Paste (Tahini) Recipe
Ingredients:
200 gr sesame seeds
3 tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
Instruction:
1. Toast sesame seeds in a wide pan, stirring constantly until seeds become fragrant and lightly colored, this take 3-5 minutes, keep attention, sesame seeds can burn quickly.
2. Remove from pan to food processor and let it cool until reach room temperature
3. Add vegetable oil and salt
4. Once they are cool, process until a crumbly paste form
5. transfer to a container or jar, store in fridge, it can be used for maximum a month
