cream cheese, soft
1/2
cup
parmesan,grated
1/3
cup
mayonnaise
3/4
teaspoon
oregano,crushed
1/4
teaspoon
garlic powder
2
cup
almonds
Directions:
Combine ingredients except nuts. Form into a pair of pine cones on a large
serving board or platter, using nuts to form `petals'. Decorate with
evergreen sprigs and Christmas balls and serve with fruit and crackers.

Mature cheese
METHOD
1. Cook the bacon pieces in a frying pan.
2. Cook the sausage.
3. Put sliced cheddar in a pot, add bechamel sauce and mix well.
4. In a frying pan, add grated cheese, let it begin to form a crust. Remove from the pan and form a cone. Let harden.
5. Add the bechamel mixture, sausage and bacon to each cheese cone.

Some companies use a filler made from wood pulp in their cheese called cellulose to keep the cheese from caking. The FDA says there should be no more than 2 percent.
