Beef and Cabbage Casserole Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
5 cups diced cabbage
1 1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef
1 medium diced onion
2 diced carrots
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup uncooked rice - I used jasmine rice
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 - 28oz can diced tomatoes
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
salt and black pepper
In skillet on med high heat brown and chop ground beef until no longer pink.
Add onions, carrots and minced garlic.
Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.
Turn off heat.
In bowl add meat mixture, uncooked rice, diced tomatoes and spices.
Mix well. Add diced cabbage and mix well.
Add ingredients to baking dish. Pour over beef broth.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 1 hour.
Remove from oven, add bell peppers, stir well,
return to oven and bake for 30-45 more minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Enjoy.

Beef Noodle Skillet

Ingredients
2 tablespoons salted butter
1 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground chuck
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
12 ounces egg noodles
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
A few dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Directions
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the ground chuck and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the meat, crumbling as you go, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook for about 30 seconds.
Add the noodles, broth, 1 cup hot water, the mustard, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Give a big stir and bring to a simmer. Cover and allow everything to simmer, stirring occasionally and adding up to 1/2 cup more water if necessary, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened, about 12 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream and cook for 1 additional minute or until the pasta is tender.
Remove from the heat. Sprinkle over the chives and serve directly from the pan.

????Ground Beef Bulgogi
Ingredients
1 lb grass-fed or lean ground beef
10 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium size onion, small diced
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp plum extract (you can substitute to apricot jam)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil
3 to 5 green onions, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
How to Make a One Pot Ground Beef Company Worthy Meal
One Pot,Ground Beef,Company Worthy Meal!
4 pieces of bacon chopped and cooked well.
Take bacon out and drain grease.
Save bacon for later
Brown 1 pound ground beef
Add 1T fresh garlic
Salt pepper
1/2 c chopped green pepper
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce or 1 15 oz can
1 can stewed tomatoes with juice. . Mash them.
Add 1 c water1 T minced onion
2 T brown sugar
2 t of pkg mix Italian dressing mix
1/4 c grated Parm chs
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 box fettuccine noodles, broken up. Or macaronis.
1/2 c chicken stock
Cook medium. Check in 15 min. Don’t let pasta stick to bottom.
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Layer 6 slices of Provolone cheese over top.
Sprinkle cooked bacon over cheese.
Bake in 350 oven for 5 min or so uncovered till lightly brown
Enjoy!!!
