余ったオレンジジュースを使ってみただけ。シナモン等を使ってもいいですね。こういうのはシンプルに作りましょう。
このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ1は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと200ccですがアメリカの1カップは230ccくらいです。参考までに。

Brioche French Toast, with Orange and Nutmeg!! You're going to love it!
Orange Brioche French Toast
In this video, I show you my family's favorite French Toast recipe, using Brioche bread. This recipe also uses a little freshly-squeezed Orange Juice with a touch of Orange Zest, Nutmeg and Cinnamon. Much like in a few of my other recipe videos, I use Blue Eggs in the Custard which delivers a wonderful flavor and texture. I do recommend grating your own fresh nutmeg, doesn't take but a few seconds to grate about one-half a nutmeg - and it is well worth it!
Hope you enjoy this French favorite, it's definitely time-tested and sure-fire delicious!!
Custard:
In a pie-plate, pour once can of evaporated milk
Add 2-3 eggs, depending on size - recommend blue eggs
Add 1/2 tsp. of real vanilla extract
Add 1 tsp. of cinnamon
Add 1/2 tsp. of freshly grated nutmeg (this video used 1/2 of a nutmeg)
Juice from 1/2 of large orange
Add 1 tsp. orange zest, avoid using the white pith
Whisk ingredients together to make the custard
Brioche French Toast:
Slice brioche loaf into one inch slices
Add shortening and butter to pan on medium heat
Dip brioche slices generously into custard to fully coat
Cook in pan and rotate/flip often to ensure even browning
Keep pan buttered for crispness

How To Make Orange Cinnamon Vegan French Toast | Only 8 Ingredients!
Here's how to make a delectable vegan french toast with soy milk, nutritional yeast, orange and ground cinnamon. This is a great easy breakfast food to make on the weekends, and something that everyone, vegan & non-vegan alike, can enjoy. Find the original recipe here:
INGREDIENTS
▢ ¾ cup soy milk, or your favorite plant-based milk
▢ 2 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
▢ 2 teaspoons orange zest, about one orange worth or so
▢ ⅓ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
▢ ¼ cup nutritional yeast
▢ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
▢ ½ teaspoon salt
▢ 6 - 8 slices of sourdough or bread (or whatever kind you'd like), moderately dried out
▢ Couple tablespoons coconut oil or vegan butter, for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat about ½ tablespoon of coconut oil or vegan butter in a cast-iron pan just under medium heat.
Next, combine the soy milk, maple syrup, orange zest and juice, nutritional yeast, ground cinnamon and salt in a dish big enough to dip your slices of bread in, and then whisk until well combined.
2. After that's done, dip your bread a couple times on each side. Saturate it until it's well soaked through.
3. Then, 1 to 2 at a time depending on your skillet size, fry the battered french toast slices in the cast-iron pan for about 2 - 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown around the edges and crispy in the middle. Remember to replenish the oil in the pan for each batch of french toast that you fry.
Enjoy with some vegan butter, coconut yogurt, maple syrup, or fresh fruit.
