I used Real Thai Curry Paste (wait for the price to normalize MRP is Rs 215) -
Ingredients:
Coconut Milk - 300ml
Thai Red Curry Paste - 2-3 tbsp
Sugar - ½ tsp
Soya Sauce - ½ tsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tsp
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic Chopped - 1 tbsp
Veggies - 1 cup (mushrooms, tofu/paneer, capsicum, broccoli etc, any)
Salt - to season
Pepper Powder - to season
MSG - one pinch (optional)
Water - to thin the gravy

A favourite in our house, here's a simple Thai Red Curry recipe you're going to love.
Ingredients
250g chicken
3 tablespoon oil
2 and half tablespoon Thai red curry paste (Mae Plo)
1 tin coconut milk (400g)
1 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon Kaffir lime leaves
1 cup bell peppers
2 long red chillies
1/2 cup fresh basil

Thai Southern Sour Curry Paste recipe (4 persons)
Ingredients:
6 dried chilies
4 deseeded dried chilies
3 fresh bird eye chilies
2 Thai shallot
2 big cloves garlic (or 8 small cloves of Thai garlic)
2 inch long turmeric
1 tbsp shrimp paste
1 tsp sea salt

Das ist eine von Chris‘ Kreationen und ein typisches Ergebnis von Kochen mit was wir zuhause hatten. Wir fanden die Kombination der Schärfe des Currys und der sauren Süße der Mandarinen oder Orangen sehr lecker.
Zutaten – Mandarinen/ Orangen Curry (für ca. 4 Personen)
1 Dose (400g) Kokosnussmilch (0,96 €)
1 Dose (400g) stückige Tomaten (0,37 €)
5 Mandarinen oder 2 Orangen (0,52 €)
2 EL Currypaste (0,26 €)
2 cm Ingwer (0,14 €)
1 Zwiebel (0,07 €)
2 Zehen Knoblauch (0,07 €)
2 TL Currypulver
1 TL Kreuzkümmel
1 TL Koriander
1TL Kurkuma
Salz
Mit Reis servieren
= insgesamt etwa 2,39 €
Tipps & Tricks:
Wir haben im Video rote Currypaste benutzt, was relativ scharf ist. Falls ihr es weniger scharf mögt, benutzt gelbe Currypaste.

This is one of Chris' creations and a typical result of us just getting creative with what we have at home. We really like the combination of the spiciness of the curry and the sour-sweetness of the tangerines or oranges.
Ingredients – Tangerine/Orange Curry (for about 4 people)
1 can (400g) coconut milk (0,96 €)
1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes (0,37 €)
5 tangerines or 2 oranges (0,52 €)
2 tbsp (red) curry paste (0,26 €)
2 cm ginger (0,14 €)
1 onion (0,07 €)
2 cloves of garlic (0,07 €)
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric
Salt
Serve with rice
= about 2,39 € in total
Tipps & Tricks:
We used Red Curry Paste in the video, which makes the dish quite hot. If you prefer it less hot, you can use Yellow Curry Paste instead.
