1 pk Cheddar cheese (8 oz.) 1 1/4 c Flour 1/2 c Margarine, melted 36 Pimento stuffed olives Mix cheese and flour. Add margarine and mix thoroughly. If dough seems dry, work with your hands. Mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive, shape into ball. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Cover, chill for 1 hour. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Can make ahead and refrigerate or freeze.

1/2 Cup Butter, Softened 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 1/4 TSP Salt 1/4 TSP Paprika 1/2 Cup Flour Few Dashes Garlic Salt Few Dashes Cayenne Approx 20 Stuffed Green Olives, Drained
Set oven to 400. Cream butter and cheese. Add flour and seasonings. Chill dough 20 minutes. Shape small amount of dough around each olive. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot, warm or cold.

Olive cheese balls
Ingredients -
Softened butter - 2 tbsp Grated soft Cheese - 1 cup Black pepper powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Salt as per taste Rice flour -1 cup Water as required Crushed Garlic - 1 tsp Corn flour - 1 tbsp Oregano - 1 tsp Olive -10 pieces Oil for deep fry
Method -
Take a bowl add softened butter and cheese mix it well.
Then add crushed garlic, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, oregano, rice flour and salt. Mix it well and knead a soft dough.
Then dry the olives with help of dry cloth. Take a small amount of dough and flatten it then place an olive in it and make a ball out of it. Dust the balls with corn flour. Meanwhile, heat the oil to deep fry the cheese balls. Then deep fry the olive cheese balls, you can also bake it at 400°c for 15 mins.
