How To make Nutty Wheat Bread

Vegetable cooking spray 1 c Unbleached flour
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1/4 c Firmly packed light brown
Sugar 1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Egg Beters 99% Egg Product
1 c Buttemilk
2 tb Vegetable oil
Coat a 9-x5-x3-inch loafpan with cooking spray; set aside. Combine flour and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg substitute, buttermilk, and oil; whisk until blended. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove 1 load (157 calories [32% from fat] per serving).
