Walnut bread: the simple recipe to make it fragrant and fragrant!

Sprinkle the working surface with a lot of flour and transfer the dough on it. Fold in the dough to crea the loaf and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes transfer the loaf on the baking tray covered with parchment paper, sprinkle with more flour and let it rest for 15 more minutes.
Bake the bread in oven at 230°C/446°F for 45 minutes.

Whole Wheat Bread Recipe Makes one 9x5 loaf bread Bakes @ 375 until internal temperature reaches 190F degrees and its golden brown (25-27min)
1st proof: 45-50 min (doubled in size) 2nd proof: 1:00 hour -1hour :10min (doubled in size)
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast Pinch of brown sugar 1/2 cup warm water (105-110F degrees) 3/4 cup buttermilk (room temperature) 1/8 cup honey 1/8 cup of vegetable oil 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (14% protein) 2 cups all purpose flour
NOTES: * To make your own buttermilk: Measure out 3/4 cup of room temperature whole milk minus 2 tsp. Then add 2 tsp of white vinegar or lemon juice and whisk. It will start to curdle.
*If bread is browning too much you can place a piece of foil paper over it. Do not wrap the bread. You can lay the foil on the rack right above the bread.
