Hi guys , for those of you who are not familiar with Cheesecake Factory Bread it's a complimentary bread given by the restaurant. It's basically a brown bread made of wheat and topped with oats. What make's it good? Well I guess because when they serve it, it's warm and it has to do with the sweetness, which is attributed to both honey and molasses. Here is the copycat ingredients, so you can try it at home. Just make sure to eat it fresh and store the left over in thee freezer.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup of honey + 1 tbsp
1 Tbsp of molasses
2 1/4 cup bread flour
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp of instant yeast
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp softened butter

How to make the best Outback Steakhouse Bushman Brown Bread and their sweet butter. This recipe is definitely the closest one to the original Outback Steakhouse's Brown Bread that I ever made. Even the sweet butter makes you want to keep making it over and over again.
This bread is very easy to make and here is the list of ingredients that you need
- 2 tbsp dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 cups of warm water
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1.5 tbsp molasses
- 1 egg
- 2.5 cups of bread flour
- 1.5 cups of wheat flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cornmeal
Direction:
1. activate the dry yeast by mixing the warm water, sugar, and yeast
2. mix the brown sugar, honey, molasses, and egg
3. sift all the dry ingredients before mixing it with the previous mixture
4. knead the dough at a low speed for about 10 minutes
5. divide the dough into 6 equal parts and make it into a long shape roll
6. then roll it over the cornmeal
7. let it rest for 45-60 minutes depending on how warm is your place
8. baked it in a pre-heated oven of 380F for 15 minutes

I know, a very bold statement to make ... especially for my first time making it, but it is sooo good and worth the time and now you can enjoy it from home anytime you want!
RECIPE:
- 2 14 tsp instant yeast
- 1 12 cups warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 34 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa/cacao powder
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp molasses
OPTIONAL: (but not the same without)
- 14 cup of cornmeal for the base of the dough once shaped before baking
- 14 cup of oats for topping

An excellent easy bread to make (1 rise) which pairs well with baked beans, fish dishes, jams and cheeses.
You will need:1 cup warm water,1 tsp. sugar, 1 Tbsp. yeast, 3/4 cup sweet molasses, * 1 cup rolled oats, 2 Tbsp. butter, 2 tsp. salt, 1 cup boiling water, 1 cup cold water, ** 2 cups whole wheat flour
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
* not instant rolled oats
**if you do not have whole wheat you can replace with all purpose.
