1 c Butter 1 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Sifted flour 2 Eggs 1 c Chopped nuts 1 ts Vanilla Blend sugar and butter together. Add well beaten egg. Sift in flour and salt, add nuts. Add flavoring and mix until smooth & light. Drop well apart onto cookie sheet. Bake at 300. -----

A fusion treat for the upcoming Valentines! Nut and choco bark thins, fused with a secret ingredient. Ingredients: Dark chocolate/ White chocolate/Bitter-sweet chocolate (30 gm) Scraped jaggery (2 tbsp) Sesame seeds ( or seeds of your choice) (2 tsp) Almonds and walnuts ( or nuts of your choice) ( a handful) A splash of oil A parchment paper/aluminium foil spread on a plate/tray
Recipe: 1. Grind the nuts coarsely and mix with the sesame seeds. 2. Microwave chocolate for 60 seconds, stirring after every 20 seconds ( each microwave is different, so watch closely and melt the chocolate. It would be okay if there are a few solid lumps left). 3. Set a non-stick pan at low- medium heat. Spray little oil. 4. Transfer scraped jaggery and melt. 5. Very quickly transfer molten jaggery to the parchment paper and spread evenly, to form a thin layer. 6. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the jaggery. 7. Spread the nuts and seeds mixture over the chocolate layer. 8. Move the plate to the refrigerator and allow to set for 3-4 hours, or until set completely. 9. Once set, break the prepared nut and choco sheet into smaller pieces. Serve chilled.

4-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites???? This recipe is part of my healthy desserts series! These bites are so easy to make and taste super delicious! • Ingredients: 1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml) 3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS) • Topping: 100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil • 1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together 2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper 3. Freeze for 1 1/2 - 2 hours 4. (Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave). Dip the bites in the chocolate. (Let the chocolate cool down a little before dipping).
