Easy & Delicious Juicy Fruit Pie Recipe | Plums & Nectarines Dessert

You will need the following ingredients:
* For the filling:
* 300 g of plums
* 300 g of nectarines
* 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
* 20 g of sugar
* Juice of one lemon
* For the custard:
* 1 egg
* 60 g of sugar
* 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
* Zest of half a lemon
* 15 g of flour
* 15 g of corn starch
* 300 ml of milk
* For the base:
* 1 egg
* 80 g of sugar
* Zest of half a lemon
* 50 g of vegetable oil
* 50 g of butter
* 250 g of flour
* 1 teaspoon of baking powder
You will also need a round baking pan, parchment paper, a knife, a cutting board, a bowl, a whisk, a pan, a pastry bag or cling film, and an oven.
Let’s start by preparing the filling. Cut the plums and nectarines into small cubes. You can use other fruits, such as apricots or peaches. Sprinkle the fruit with cinnamon and sugar and add the juice of one lemon. Mix everything well and set aside.
Next, let’s prepare the custard. Beat one egg into the pan. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest. Mix everything well. Add the flour and corn starch. Mix everything again and add the milk. Stir and place the pan on the stove. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. When the cream thickens, remove the pan from the heat. Transfer the cream to a pastry bag or cover the cream with cling film to prevent it from airing.
Now let’s make the base for the pie. Beat one egg into a bowl. Add the sugar and lemon zest. Mix everything well. Add the vegetable oil and softened butter. Mix again. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Knead the dough until you get a homogeneous dense dough.
Separate two-thirds of the dough and place it in the baking pan lined with parchment paper. Form the dough into a pie base. Use the remaining dough to make radial edges inside the base.
Now we will lay out the filling. Place custard on the bottom layer using a pastry bag or a spoon. Next we lay out the plums and nectarines evenly over the custard layer. You can add more fruit if you like; they shrink in volume after baking.
Place the pie in the oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
When the pie is ready, let it cool slightly on a wire rack. You can sprinkle some powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.

Delicious & Quick Fluffy Apple Cake / Easy Recipe
This easy apple cake is a delicious dessert that's perfect for any occasion. The cake has a light and fluffy texture and is infused with the sweet and tangy flavors of apples and lemon juice. The cake batter is made with a combination of eggs, sugar, yogurt, milk, sunflower oil, and vanilla extract. This creates a moist and tender crumb that is perfectly complemented by the sweet and slightly tart apple slices.
To make the cake, you'll need 2 apples, which you'll need to peel and slice into thin pieces.In a pan, melt 25 grams of butter and add apple slices, add 15 grams of lemon juice and 20 grams of sugar. Cook the apple slices in the mixture until they soften a little.
Next, prepare a cake batter by whisking 2 eggs with 130g of sugar, adding 60g of yogurt, 60ml of milk, 60ml of sunflower oil, and a dash of vanilla extract to the egg mixture and whisk until well combined. Sift 200g of flour and 8g of baking powder into the mixture and gently fold until the batter is smooth.
Pour the cake batter into a greased 18cm cake pan and arrange the cooked apple slices on top.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Once the cake is done, let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely. If you like, you can grill the cake for an additional 2 minutes until the top is golden brown. This apple cake is a crowd-pleaser and is sure to become a family favorite!
