4 pk Hot Dogs (meat/beef) 1 cn Beer 1 pk KC Masterpeice BBQ sauce Chicken hot dogs won't work, beef works best but "meat" one are ok. Cut hot dogs into 1" pieces and put in crock pot. Cover with beer, I use the cheap stuff. cover and cook for several hours, until the dogs plump up. drain off beer and cover with BBQ sauce. Cook a couple of more hours. This is much better than it sounds. Kids will generally hate it, but adults will inhale it. I know...it's *hot dogs*, but this is different. Recipe from the kitchen of Joan Mershon.

Nairobi vlogs : Mutura // Kenyan Sausage // What Kenyans Eat will shock you
#erinahtl #muturaafricansausage #nairobi
The delicacy known as mutura is a Kenyan sausage made by stuffing goat intestines with a combination of ground meat, goat blood, and seasonings such as ginger, garlic, coriander, and piri-piri chilies.
The sausage is traditionally boiled and then placed on the grill in order to dehydrate the meat and give it a unique, smoky flavor.
The detailed proceedure is as below:
Cook onions and garlic in oil until onions are golden brown.
Cool them.
Cut the beef into small cubes.
Mix with blood and season with salt, pepper, Royco Beef Cubes and chili.
Place the mixture in the uncooked tripe and tie both ends firmly.
Grill.
Slice to serve.
