For years I have been using meal prepping as a tool to save time in the kitchen, primarily during the back-to-school season that is the busiest time of year for most moms and dads. My kids are off to school very early and I like feeding them breakfast at home. I came up with several easy breakfast meal preps that can be ready in just minutes.
