Cheesy White Bean Tomato Bake ✨ The best part of any baked dish is the crispy crust, right?! This easy dinner recipe is 50% white beans and 50% crust; I am here for it.
Ingredients:
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic
- 400g Tomato
- Basil
- Pepper
- 350g White Beans
- 40g Cheese (vegan if you like)
Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil for about 30 seconds then add the tomatoes, seasonings, and beans.
Transfer to an oven save dish and add the cheese on top. Bake at 200 C for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden
Toast some bread and dig into this cozy hug of a meal.

HEALTHY GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | easy recipe!
Lightened up Healthy Green Bean Casserole Recipe made with fresh green beans, mushrooms, crispy parmesan topping, and no canned soup. And so easy!⬇️⬇️⬇️ CLICK FOR RECIPE ⬇️⬇️⬇️
►INGREDIENTS:
For topping:
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, regular or whole wheat
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
For Casserole:
2 lbs green beans, trimmed & cut into 2 pieces
2 tablespoon butter, for frying
8 oz brown mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt, more for cooking beans
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoon flour, whole wheat, all-purpose or gluten-free
2 1/4 cups 3.5% milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce

►DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl, add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic and olive oil. Stir to combine and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, spray large 9x13 large baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
3. To blanch green beans, bring large pot of water to a boil, add salt, green beans and cook just until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking and set aside.
4. Preheat large skillet on medium heat and add 1 tablespoon butter to melt. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a bowl.
5. Return skillet to the stove, melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter and add onions. Saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sauteed mushrooms and sprinkle with thyme, salt, pepper and flour. Stir to combine.
6. Reduce heat to low and add milk in small increments, stirring the filling as it is cooking and thickening. Also add soy sauce. Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until the sauce resembles gravy and has thickened. Drain the green beans.
7. To assemble casserole, add half of the green beans, top with half of the sauce, finishing by spreading remaining green beans and sauce on top. Sprinkle with previously prepared topping.
8. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, let stand for 10 minutes and serve hot.

Mini Red Bean Pastry ● Homemade Recipe
Ingredients:
300g All-purpose flour
40g Custard Powder
80g Icing Sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon Vanilla powder/essence
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg (lightly beaten)
150g butter
Egg glaze:
1 egg
1 teaspoon milk
Steps:
Sift Flour, Custard power, baking powder and vanilla powder in a large mixing bowl
Sift Icing Sugar and mix well
Rub in the butter till the mixture looks like breadcrumbs
Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture
Add the lightly beaten egg
Continue to mix until it forms a soft dough (about 2-3 mins)
Cover and rest for 20 minutes
Divide the red bean paste into 25g each and roll into balls
Divide the dough into 30g each and roll into balls
Flatten the dough and place the red bean paste at the middle
Wrap in the filling.
Decorate with some almond flakes or sesame seeds
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg. Celsius for 10 minutes
Take them out and rest for 5 minutes
Beat 1 egg with 1 teaspoon of milk. Brush on each one.
Continue to bake for another 30 to 35 minutes

Topped with cheddar cheese and French fried onions then baked to a golden brown.
