Juicy MEATBALL RECIPE - How to Cook Italian Meatballs
Our go-to Meatball Recipe. Find out our secrets to big and juicy homemade meatballs. They are make-ahead and freezer friendly which makes them perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients for Juicy Meatballs:
►3 slices white bread (crusts removed), diced
►2/3 cup cold water
►1 lb lean ground beef (85/15 fat content)
►1 lb ground pork
►1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
►1 large egg
►3 garlic cloves, minced
►2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
►1 tsp sea salt
►1/2 tsp black pepper
►2 Tbsp olive oil, to sautee

►Freezing uncooked meatballs:
Prepare the meatballs through Step 5. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Transfer the meatballs to a freezer container or freezer bag, and freeze for up to 1 month. (Meatballs can be frozen for longer, but tend to develop freezer burn.) Thaw meatballs in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
►Freezing cooked meatballs:
Let the cooked meatballs cool completely, then arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Transfer to a freezer container or bag and freeze for up to 2 months. Frozen meatballs can be thawed overnight in the refrigerator or reheated directly from the freezer. Reheat meatballs in a simmering sauce for 10 to 15 minutes or in a warm oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

Delicious FRIED RICE With MINCED MEAT In 30 Minutes. Easy Recipe by Always Yummy!
Fried rice with ground beef is one of the most popular dishes in Chinese restaurants around the world. In combination with fresh ground beef and spices there comes out a dainty and mouth-watering dish you will need no more than half an hour to cook.

✅ Ingredients:
• ground beef – 14 oz | 400 g
• rice – 14 oz | 400 g
• bulb onion – 5 oz | 150 g
• fresh frozen green peas – 4 oz | 120 g
• water – 28 fl oz | 800 ml
• soy sauce – 5 tbsp
• oyster sauce – 2 tbsp
• sesame oil – 1 tsp
• sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
• ground black pepper – ¼ tsp
• vegetable oil – 5 tbsp
• garlic – 5 cloves
• 4 eggs
• sugar – 1 tsp
✔︎ You will need:
• stockpot
• pan
• carving board
• bowl
???? Preparation:
1. Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and add the pre-washed rice.
2. Fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly, then add 28 fl oz | 800 ml of boiling water, stir, reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid and cook for 17 minutes until readiness of the rice.
3. Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and fry stirring the chopped up bulb onion and minced garlic for 3 minutes.
4. Add the beef mince into the pan and fry stirring for 5 minutes over medium heat.
5. Add 4 tbsp of soy sauce, the green peas, ground black pepper, oyster sauce and sesame oil and fry stirring for a minute over medium heat.
6. Add the prepared rice and stir well, switch the heat off, cover with the lid and leave for 5 minutes.
7. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and fry the eggs for 3 minutes leaving the yolks runny.
8. In a bowl combine 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar and 3 tbsp of water.
9. Lay out the rice into a serving bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds, drizzle with the prepared sauce and add a fried egg atop.
10. Serve your Chinese-style ground beef fried rice hot.

Ingredients:
1 cup sushi rice
1 cup water
200g extra firm tofu
1 onion
4-5 pieces garlic
3 sticks green onion
1 1/2 tsp cane sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
splash toasted sesame oil
3 tbsp chili oil (
Directions:
1. Rinse and drain the rice 2-3 times to get rid of the excess starch. Add 1 cup of water to the rice and heat it up on medium high heat
2. When the water begins to bubble, turn the heat to medium low and give the pot a good stir to release any rice grabbing the bottom of the pan. Cover and cook for 15min
3. In the meantime, pat dry the extra firm tofu and mash into a crumble with a fork
4. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and green onions
5. After 15min, turn the heat off on the rice and let it further steam for 10min
6. Make the sauce by combining the cane sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil
7. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add the chili oil
8. Sauté the tofu, onions, and garlic for 7-8min
9. Pour in the sauce and sauté for another couple of minutes. Add the green onion and sauté for another 30 seconds
10. Garnish with white toasted sesame seeds and serve with freshly steamed white rice
