1/2cup | 90g | 3oz uncooked quinoa
1cup | 8fl oz water
1 large sweet potato
1/2 small head broccoli
3 spring onions
30g | 1oz fresh coriander
2tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
black pepper & salt to taste
2-3 heaped tbsp flour (preferably chickpea flour / gram flour)
olive oil

✔️► This dish is perfect for dinner or lunch, but please serve hot
✨???? Here Is my Recipe for you dear friends you will need 4 ingredients plus Seasoning
✅ ???????????????? ????????????:
✔️► Prepare 3/4 cup of millet - on medium heat, bring to boil 6 cups of water and millet and boil for about 20 min - (i use bob's red mill brand)
✅ ???????????????? ????????????:
► While millet is boiling start cutting vegetables
► First cut 1 cup of Brussels sprouts as i show in the video , and boil for 3 min
in 3 min add 1 1/2 cup of broccoli and cook them together for 5 min on medium heat, then drain vegetables and put aside
✅ Once millet is ready, rinse in cold water to wash away any starch and to make it loose
✔️ Then season millet with 1 tea spoon iodized sea salt,
✔️ 4 tbl spoon of high quality extra virgin olive oil
✔️ 1 1/2 fresh lemon juice and mix well
✅ Then combine millet Brussels sprouts and broccoli in one pot, - season vegetables as well with 1/2 tea spoon of iodized sea salt, 4 tbl spoon of extra virgin olive oil and mix all together very well, taste it , and see if you need to add more salt
✅ Put it on medium heat for 3 minutes until its hot for serving, serve it for each person with 2 tbl spoon of hard goat or ships milk cheese, like pecorino romano, parmesan, manchego cheeses, and drizzle with pomegranate molasses

✔️► The good quality goat and ships milk cheeses are sold in Trader Joe's , you can easily find them there - if you are vegan this dish is perfect without cheese as well

Vegan Vanilla Millet Pudding, by Kyong Weathersby
Delicious Nutritious Smooth Millet Pudding that you will receive so much health benefit from eating yummy dessert.
VANILLA MILLET PUDDING
1 ½ c cooked millet
1 ½ c soy milk
¼ c turbinado sugar
1 tsp stevia
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp vanilla
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy texture. Transfer into a small bowls and serve. Delicious! Make 2 servings.
MILLET COOKING INSTRUCTION: Wash 1 cup millet and drain completely. Transfer 1 cup millet in a medium saucepan and add 3 cups water. Bring to a full boil. Reduce heat to low cook for 20 minutes.
*Millet – Is Alkaline Food! Complex carbohydrates which go to blood stream slowly and turn into energy. Very safe for diabetes. High in Fiber and Magnesium. Very good for heart.
