How To make Mexican Fiesta Tart
1/2 CORNMEAL PAStrY dough
1 Egg white, lightly beaten
2 c Shredded Monterey Jack
-cheese with jalapeno Pepper (8 ounces) 2 c Shredded sharp Cheddar
-cheese (8 ounces) 2 lg Tomatoes (1 1/4 pounds)
-cored, seeded, Cut into 3/4-inch cubes (3 -cups) 1/3 c Sliced green onions
2 md Zucchini (3/4 pound), thinly
-sliced 1/2 lg Red or green bell pepper, in
-thin strips 1/3 c Sliced pitted ripe olives
1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro
-(coriander) Preheat oven to 400 F. On lightly floured surface roll dough to a 25-inch round. Transfer to a 12-inch tart pan with removable bottom. Trim edges; prick bottom with tines of fork. Lane pastry shell with pastry weights, dried beans, or raw rice. Bake 15 minutes. Remove foil with weights. Bake 5 to 6 minutes longer or just until pastry starts to turn golden. Brush with egg white and bake 1 minute longer. Cool completely on wire rack. In large bowl, toss together cheeses. Sprinkle half the cheese mixture over bottom of cooled tart shell. Top with a layer of tomatoes, then half the onions, the zucchini, pepper, olives, remaining onions then remaining cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Cool 15 minutes on wire rack before

Spinach Corn Cheese Tart | Spinach Corn Cheese Quiche | Savoury Tart | Eggless Veg Tarts
Spinach and corn Tart is a cheesy dish that can easily prepared at home. This side dish is amazingly exotic and delicious and is cooked using wheat flour, semolina, mozzarella, cheddar cheese.
Method:
1. Prepare a stiff dough without much kneading.
2. Cover the dough with cling wrap or butter paper and refrigerate for about half an hour.
3. Divide the dough in 2-3 equal parts and take a portion of dough, place it between butter paper and roll it into a half inch thickness.
4. Place rolled dough onto tart mould and gently press around the sides of tart mould.
5. Prick all over the tart with knife or fork to prevent rising while baking.
6. Cover with butter paper and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
7. For blind baking place a piece of butter paper on tart and place some heavy pulses like kidney beans or chickpeas.
8. Bake at 180 temperature in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
9. For Spinach Corn filling: Heat a pan and add butter, oil, boiled corn, spinach, salt, mixed herbs, chili flakes, garlic powder and cook until spinach become soft.
10. Cream sauce: Blend Heavy cream and cottage cheese together and prepare a smooth paste.
11. Assemble Tart: Spread a layer of cheese.
12. Add layer of spinach corn filling on top of cheese.
13. Add one more layer of cheese, spread prepared cream and cottage cheese paste, sprinkle some chili flakes and cheese.
14. Bake at 180 temperature for 15-20 minutes.

Italian Chaat Recipe
For Stuffing:
Oil: 2 tsp
Garlic: ½ tsp (Chopped)
Onion: 1 medium size (Chopped)
Bell Pepper: ½ bowl (Chopped)
Corn: ½ bowl (Chopped)
Black Olives: 2 tsp (Optional)
Chilli Flakes: ½ tsp
Oregano: ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder: ½ tsp
Tomato Sauce: 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
Method:
1. In a Pan add oil. Once it heated add choopped garlic and saute it for 30 second. Now add chopped onion and saute it for a minute then add chooped bell pepper and boied corn. saute it for medium to high flame for 2 minutes. Then add chilli flakes , oregano, black pepper powder and salt. Mix them well.
2. After that add black olives, Tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mix them well. Here your stuffing is ready.
3. Then add the stuffing in the basket puri or canapes after it add some cheese sauce over it. Here your Italian Chaat ready.
For Cheese Sauce:
Cheese: 2 nos (cube)
Butter: 1 tsp
Milk: 2-3 tsp
Chilli Flakes: ¼ tsp
Oregano: ¼ tsp
How to make cheese sauce:
1. In the pan add milk after that add grated cheese and butter and mix it well until the mixture becomes smooth. Cook it only 2 minutes on a low flame on a gas or in the microwave for a minutes. Add chilli flakes and oregano. Mix them well. Here your cheese Sauce is ready.
