Daktyle były moczone przez całą noc. Szybki i prosty przepis na surowe grzyby w marynacie witariańske RAW.
Składniki na marynate (na ok. 7 większych pieczarek):
- ok. 5-6 daktyli
- 2,5 łyżki stołowe oleju tłoczonego na zimno
- 3 łyżki stołowe octu jabłkowego
- 3 łyżki stołowe wody
- łyżeczka soli
- pół łyżeczki bazylii, papryki słodkiej, tymianku, majeranku, kurkumy, pieprzu, czosnku
Chleb witariański:

In this short video I'll show you how to make one of my favourite side dishes: pickled mushrooms.
The recipe for approx. 1 kg of mushrooms is:
1 kg of mushrooms (who would have guessed? :D
100 mL of oil (used sunflower oil)
100 mL of water
4 tbsp. vinegar (9% concentrated)
2 tsp. of salt
2 tsp. of sugar
20 black peppercorns
2-3 bay leaves
6 garlic cloves
Cooking it until the mushrooms start turning brownish.

МАРИНОВАННЫЕ ШАМПИНЬОНЫ ЗА 15 МИНУТ!! PICKLED MUSHROOMS IN 15 MINUTES!!
Ингредиенты:
1. Шампиньоны-1 кг.
2. Лук красный-половинка
3. Чеснок-3 зубчика
4. Чили перец-1шт.
5. Уксус-2 ст. ложки
6. Петрушка и кинза-не много
7. Подсолнечное масло-40 мл.
Маринад:
1. Вода-1,5 л.
2. Перец горошком-1 ч. ложка
3. Лавровый лист-2 шт.
4. Соль-пол ч. ложки
5. Сахар-1,5 ст. ложки
Делаем маринад: Кипятим воду и добавляем, перец горошком, лавровый лист, соль, сахар, грибы шампиньоны. Варим грибы 10-15 минут.
Режим лук, рубим чеснок, чили перец, петрушку, кинзу. Смешиваем всё и добавляем 40 мл. подсолнечного масла, 2 ст. ложки уксуса 9% и перемешиваем.
Грибы шампиньоны смешиваем с нашей смесью. Насыпаем в баночки и заливаем маринадом в котором варили грибы. Через пару часов можно кушать.

3. Garlic-3 cloves
4. Chili pepper-1pc.
5. Vinegar-2 tablespoons
6. Parsley and cilantro are not much
7. Sunflower oil-40 ml.
Marinade:
1. Water-1.5 l.
2. Pepper peas-1 tsp. spoon
3. Laurel leaf-2 pcs.
4. Salt-half a spoon
5. Sugar-1.5 tablespoons
Make a marinade: Boil water and add pepper peas, bay leaf, salt, sugar, mushrooms champignons. Cook the mushrooms for 10-15 minutes.
Onion mode, chop garlic, chili pepper, parsley, cilantro. Mix everything and add 40 ml of sunflower oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar 9% and stir.
Mushrooms are mixed with our mixture. Pour into jars and pour marinade in which the mushrooms were boiled. You can eat in a couple of hours
Pickled Mushrooms
This simple formula has been around for a few hundred years. It cooks, preserves and creates a texture and flavor with the mushrooms that has proven to be useful to thousands of cooks. You can store these pickled mushrooms for a couple of months in the fridge and use them for a wide variety of applications, both hot and cold. This formula is particularly handy when you have leftover fresh mushrooms that need a home. On the other hand, this formula is also used for planned intentional pickling because they are so good. Pickling your own mushrooms is substantially less expensive then buying the supermarket bought versions, of which there are many.
