BechamelIngredients1. Boneless Chicken - 500gm2. Macaroni - 2 Cups3. Onion - 2 (Finely Chopped)4. Tomato -3 (Finely Chopped)5. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp.6. Green Chilly - 37. Chilly Powder - 1 Tsp.8. Pepper Powder -1 Tsp.9. Coriander Powder - Pinch10. Salt 11. Mozzarella Cheese -200gm12. Tomato Ketchup -1 Tbsp.White Sauce1. Milk - 500ml2. All Purpose Flour/Maida - 2 Tbsp.3. Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp.4. Salt 5. Butter -50gmCook the macaroni and keep aside To make minced chicken, put the boneless chicken in a blender .pulse them until chopped. Keep it asideMethod White Sause1. Melt butter in a pan2. Add maida and sauté for 2 minutes3. Pour chilled milk, pepper powder and salt .stir continuously to make lump free sauce4. Poil till it thickens5.Switch off the flame and let it cool downMinced chicken masala1. Heat a pan, add oil2. Add onions, sauté till translucent3. Add ginger-garlic paste4. Add tomatoes, green chilly. Sauté till it becomes mushy5. Add tomato ketchup6. Add chilly powder, pepper powder, coriander powder,salt.mix well7.add the minced chicken8.add enough water and cook for 10 minutesMinced chicken masala is ready!*setting the bechamel layers*1.in a baking tray, spread a layer of minced chicken masala evenly2.a layer of cooked macaroni3.drizzle good amount of white sauce 4.sprinkle cheese5.repeat the layersMinced chicken masala,macaroni,white sauce and overload top most layer with cheese■ bake at 150°c for 10 minutes
