Lasagna Verde di asparagi al Ragù Bianco
Tutorial per fare la lasagna verde aromatizzata agli asparagi con macchina impastatrice.
Porzione per Quattro Persone
Ingredienti Ragù Bianco:
Macinato Misto Bovino e Suino 500 gr
soffritto di Sedano, Carote e Cipolla
Olio Extra vergine d'Oliva 3 cucchiai
Vino bianco 1/2 (mezzo) bicchiere
Sale q.b.
Ingredienti Preparato liquido per sfoglia lasagna:
Asparagi 1 mazzetto
Sale q.b.
acqua
Ingredienti Sfoglia Verde aromatizzata agli asparagi:
Semola Rimacinata 500 gr
Liquido verde (crema di asparagi) 180 ml
Ingredienti Besciamella:
Latte 1 lt
Burro 80 gr
Farina 00 100 gr
Sale 1 cucchiaino
Noce Moscata q.b.

Pasta Maker PHILIPS

An asparagus lasagne is a lovely spring dish!
For 2 - 3 persons
Ingredients:
approx. 6 lasagne sheets
1 kg. Asparagus mixed ( white - green )
200 gr. cheese ( mozzarella )
For the béchamel:
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
200 ml. Cream
300 ml. Asparagus stock
salt, pepper, vegetable seasoning, nutmeg

INGREDIENTS:
●9 lasagna sheets, fresh or dried
●1 teaspoon olive oil, plus
●1 tablespoon, divided
●2 (8 1/2-ounce) jars sun-dried tomatoes, drained
●1 1/2 packed cups fresh basil leaves
●1/2 cup grated Parmesan, plus
●3/4 cup
●1/4 pound pancetta, diced
●1 medium onion, diced
●2 garlic cloves, minced
●4 bunches asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
●1 (15-ounce) container whole milk ricotta cheese
●1 teaspoon salt
●1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
●2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
●2 tablespoons butter

Roasted Asparagus is one of the simplest, most delicious ways to easily cook asparagus in the oven. It requires minimal effort and the result is amazing!
How long does asparagus last in the fridge?
Asparagus stays good in the fridge for approximately 5 to 7 days when stored upright in water. If you intend to eat your asparagus within 48 hours of purchasing, it should stay good in the crisper drawer for that time.
How do you tell if asparagus is good?
Asparagus should have a bright green color. The tips should be colorful and look healthy. The spears should all be stiff and hold their shape. There should not be any unpleasant slimy texture. Asparagus is often sold standing upright in water. This is because it stays more fresh when stored this way.
INGREDIENTS
1 pound fresh asparagus
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Trim ends from asparagus by snapping off the ends, or cutting with a knife.
3. Lay trimmed asparagus out on an ungreased baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
4. Season generously with salt and pepper.
5. Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, until tender crisp

Easy Bechamel Sauce Recipe, Asparagus Recipes
This easy Bechamelsauce recipe is the best if don't like the pack sauces from the supermarket or you rather want to prepare a béchamel sauce itself. In this recipe video Father and daughter preparing an asparagus dish.
White bechamel sauce ingredients:
50 g butter
50 g flour
500 ml milk
1 onion
1 bay leaf
3 cloves
25 ml cream
black pepper
white pepper
nutmeg.
Preparation instructions for Béchamel sauce:
Melt the butter in a pot.
Add the flour and sauté under stiring
Pour in the milk and stir to make a sauce.
Peel the onion and cut into slices.
Add the onion, the bay leaf and the cloves in the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
Separate the onions, bay leaf and cloves from the sauce with a sieve.
Season the sauce to taste with cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
