French dressing ingredients: 2/3 cup – Original V8 Liquid sugar substitute equal to 1/4 cup of regular sugar (12 drops) 1/4 cup – vinegar 1 Tbs – yellow mustard 1 tsp – salt 1/2 tsp – pepper 1/2 Tbs – onion powder 1 tsp – garlic powder 1 Tbs – low carb Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup – avocado oil 1/2 tsp – xanthan gum

Try this instant and easy French salad dressing. You can make it in 5 minutes and store it in refrigerator for several weeks. You can use it mainly as salad dressing, also can be used as roll spread or sandwich spread.

Ingredients: • 2/3 cup tomato ketchup • ½ cup finely chopped onion • ½ cup mayonnaise • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar • 1 teaspoon red chili powder • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or fresh grated garlic • ½ teaspoon Rock salt • ½ cup Extra virgin Olive oil
Instructions: Place ketchup onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, red chili powder, garlic and salt in jar of a blender. Puree until onion is completely blended. With the motor running, slowly pour in the extra virgin olive oil. Transfer it to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks. You can use it immediately as well.
Stepwise directions: 1. Take a blender jar 2. Add 2/3 cup ketchup 3. Add 1 /2 cup mayonnaise 4. Add 1/3 cup of Apple cider vinegar (AVC). 5. 1 teaspoon red chili powder 6. ½ teaspoon garlic powder or fresh grated garlic 7. Add ½ rock salt. 8. Add ½ cup Virgin Olive oil.
Note: 1. You can use fresh garlic or garlic powder. 2. You can store this dressing in refrigerator in air tight container for 2 to 3 weeks. 3. Enjoy healthy French dressing with salads, sandwiches, patties and cutlets.
