Homemade Breakfast Pizza Recipe by Lisa
This video is a recipe demonstration on how to make a homemade breakfast pizza. For this recipe you will need:
1 pizza crust
1/2 lb sausage of your choice, browned and drained
1/2 lb cheddar cheese (I use 1/2 mild and 1/2 sharp cheddar)
2 medium potatoes, shredded and pressed to remove excess water
6 eggs, beaten well
Directions:
Place pizza crust on pizza pan and press outward to raise edges slightly higher than middle.
Place shredded potatoes on crust placing more towards outer edge of crust.
Add browned sausage.
Sprinkle cheese on placing more around outer portion of pizza.
Beat eggs well and pour over center portion of pizza.
Bake in a preheated oven on 350 degrees until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean and eggs are cooked completely.
Cool on wire rack.
Slices freeze well.
Enjoy!

Super Easy PIZZA BITES! ???? | The Best Mini Pizza Recipe (With Homemade Pizza Dough)
Say hello to one of the most brilliant snacks of all time – pizza bites! ???? And yeah, you can make and freeze! ????????????

You’ll need
200 ml warm milk
120 ml warm water
100 ml oil
2 tsp granulated sugar
10g instant yeast
3 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
For the sauce:
Tomato sauce
Thyme
Toppings:
Sausages
Pepperoni
2 long green peppers
Mozzarella cheese
Olives
1 cup = 240 ml
Here’s how
1. For the dough, place 200 ml warm milk, 120 ml warm water, 100 ml oil, 2 tsp sugar and 10g instant yeast in the large bowl. Mix together using a spoon.
2. Add half of the flour and 1 tsp salt, knead until the dough begins to form. Continue to knead, bringing in the rest of the flour. Keep kneading until you have a smooth, springy, soft dough.
3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and then, with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare your desired toppings.
5. Remove the plastic cover, punch the dough down and turn it out onto a work surface.
6. Knead for another minute so it deflates a bit. Flatten it with your hands and roll it out into a rough circle. Try not to roll too thick as it will keep rising until you put it in the oven.
7. With a round cutter, or a glass, cut the dough into rounds.
8. Lay the bases on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
10. Spoon on the tomato sauce and spread over the bases evenly using a brush.
11. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese, and place your desired toppings on the pizzas.
12. Bake in the 180°C preheated oven about 20-25 minutes. Prepare the second tray the same way.
13. Mini pizzas are ready to be served!
14. Enjoy!
* This recipe will make 30 mini pizzas.
